Wow, you sure have a lot of hate for someone's laundry habits

Hehe!! I know! I wish my life was so carefree that my biggest gripe was someone else's laundry.

Agreed!!
I'm doing laundry today...wanna come watch? I don't have 8 kids, but if you add the 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 horses to the 2 kids I have, it might be interesting!![]()
Only if you do my laundry too.
Who wants to change my cats' litterbox? I'll provide the camera!

We're all gonna be reality tv stars!!!

While it was nice to see Kate get so emotional over the visit to the hospital, I would've cut this episode down to a half hour. I found this one to be much more boring than the Sesame Place or other activity/outing type episodes. I watch because I want to see the kids. That's why I'm bored. I want to see this large family being normal, not choreographed outings. It really bugs me (not that's it's wrong) how some of these places are cleared out or closed to the public. I don't think it's a legal issue if signs are posted that filming is taking place. I think they don't want to deal with the attention. The attention is what makes their show highly rated and allows for the special outings.![]()
I notice the Juicy Juice becaue I've seen them do the closeups, but I wouldn't know a Gymboree outfit from a Walmart one.You know...if it weren't for people complaining about product placement I wouldn't notice.
I agree, but there have been reports of even shows like Supernanny that aren't 100% reality. There was an article about kids being told to act up for the cameras.just because it is on I have to say, I feel ALOT worse for the poor kids on supernanny, than I do for any of teh Gosseleins. Talk about a tape you don't want your future partner to see![]()

Did you not see me answer your question? I COULD CARE LESS who gets paid. Give the money to Jon and Kate, give it to the producers, the executives, give it to the bum on the street. I COULD CARE LESS about the money.
Again, why so defensive, it's like you are friends with these people or something.
I'm not sure what you mean by a Freudian slip.
has anyone seen the show on Discovery Health about the Harris sextuplets? The have the only surviving African-American sextuplets. It's on now and all I could think of were the Kate bashers on that other blog (GWOP??) I just watched the Mom double buckle her kids to take them to a daycare so she could go get a tatoo. She said she was double buckling them in the pick up truck to go "just around the corner" because the truck was cheaper on gas than her van. I wonder what would happen if Kate did that???![]()

Holy crap on a cracker! If Kate did ANYTHING even remotely like this, the bashers would be carrying pitchforks and torchers while they howled for her blood!
You said you could care less instead of you couldn't care less. .......
Why are you so upset about the comparrison to actors? Are you an out of work actor?
i have to ask-WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL ABOUT THE LAUNDRY???
given, i don't have 10 people in my home but when i compare an average family half the size it seems like they would generate about 3/4 the amount of laundry they do and i personaly don't find it ovewhelming.

I love the show, but I don't think it is going to go on too much longer no matter how much Kate or anyone else wants it to. The cuteness factor only lasts so long. I know it's not a reality show, but think of a show like Full House. The Olsen twins were what made that show cute (okay John Stamos wasn't bad to look at either, but anyway...). As they started getting older, the show started to fade. Imagine six kids that are Cara and Mady's age. What are we going to watch, them doing homework?
I just hope, for the kids sake, that J&K are investing their money wisely.

the little gosselin's don't go to preschool and kate seems obsessive about not letting them do any messey activities so that's what?-one pair of jammies and one outfit per day plus the associated undies (when my kids did preschool they always had to change when they got home-fingerpaint, 'goop', snacks, outdoor dust-they wore it home). neither jon nor kate work outside the home so there's only one set of clothing each (vs the average 2 parent family work outside the home situation that has work clothing and the casuals they change into daily when they get home). it appears that both the twins wear some type of uniforms for school-and most of us uniform parents will tell you we've got duplicates of stuff so we only have to run items twice a week at most.
so unless every gosselin has their bedding changed nitely, bathes nightly and uses a fresh washcloth and towel-it's entirely reasonable to think that if only 2 loads per day was run with the items pulled from the dryer and folded (or perm press items put on hangers)-it is not a monumental amount of laundry for a person to handle (i can't speak to anyone else's washers and dryers-but, mine could handle 10 towels and washrags easily in one load-there would be plenty of room for even 5 single bedsheets and pillow cases. a second load could easily accommodate 10 single items of childrens wear, their underclothes as well as their pj's-so even if this was the daily routine, i would not see it as a horrendous undertaking).
Loved me some Uncle Jesse...![]()
OT, I know - but John Stamos is still smokin hot!
On topic...ummm,<---Kate!
