Thanks for sharing tha, it was fun to watch. I'm sure there will be lots of different opinions and it depend on if you like her or not, but I thought it was a nice interview and no way did I get the feeling Tony didn't like her. I thought he was very nice in what he had to say, and I thought Kate acted fine. I do wonder why she didn't shut off the emails on her phone (if that's how they came in), but maybe her lawyer needed her to be available.

I can't wait until we get our in person report!

As far as Kate's wine drinking? What an underhanded attempt at the public to insinuate that this is a problem.

It is a problem if she cant get up in the am to get her own kids ready for school.

She's never wanted to get up before 8am and a glass of wine is not the reason.

Also--her K kids are PM Kindy, Jon had gotten the twins ready (not unheard of for a "dad" to actually get the kids ready)--and if she has nannies...who cares?

8am is not a sign of a drinking problem and you should not imply there is why. It really messes with your credibility.

Please don't speak for me. You are the one who made the comparison by stating that "phone calls are not face to face but no parent should be judged." And while I agree that Kate get's a lot of scrutiny it is far from only being for the fact that she is a woman and mean. For years she made herself out to be the end all be all of mothers and no one else matters in comparison, because she has 8, two set of multiples yada yada yada. All the while she alienated her children from nearly all of their extended family and exploited them for her own gain and for those reasons (among many others) I find her despicable.

I most certainly will. Especially since she scammed churches and lies to people.

I believe what we did see was pretty much spot on because the alternative would be that she would allow herself to be portrayed that way just to make a buck, how sad. Also if it wasn't a good reflection of how she really is then why has she been quoted as saying she has no regrets for the shows and the way she comes across?

Who will be watching DWTS tonight? I will try (have to get up really early tomorrow and should have an early night) because I want to see whether or not the children are there.

But letting a no body like Kate Gosselin butt in line when ppl are already lined up is very bad taste.
If most other celeb kids including Brad and Angies kids can wait in line like everyone else. Kates 8 surely can too.
Kate is teaching them (and ruining them) to be snobs and think they are better than others.
She is raising emotionally damaged future Paris Hiltons.

Why would you call a lawyer over someon being escorted to the front of a line? You clearly haven't a clue of what you are talking about.

Talk about entitlement. Perhaps you should do some research with Disney then get back to us on that.

I wasn't doubting the person who said that about Carla and her daughter at all or was said. You just assumed that. I wasn't talking about her. I believed what she said.

Mady or Cara once told Carla that they didnt wanna do the show anymore and be on tv and Carla told her "It was her cross to bear!"

honestly, it sounds a lot like bad timing to me... Kate had a legitimately busy week, maybe it wasn't the right time to bring them out. But at the same time, we all know Kate's time is limited on the show and I'm sure that the trip was offered as part of the involvement on DWTS (with ABC/Disney's partnership), so there they are.

I guess there are still restrictions about the children on TV. I expected to read that they showed footage of DL(maybe that's tomorrow's show?) or that they were in the audience.

Madge you seem to be struggling with still trying to make it all "fit" in your mind. You seem to still wanna cut her some slack and still think that Kates this mom who is trying to earn some money on DWTS to support her kids and missed them so she flew them out to LA to take them to Disney and her DWTS schedule and being with the kids exhausted her and so wasnt able to dance well...

The truth is that Kate Gosselin hardly ever practiced and thats why she sucked.
Kates too lazy to really try to "get it".
Kates ego being what it is, she thougt her charm and cute BS would get her thru DWTS and shed ace it and everyone would love her. But after that first initial week when this picture was taken

She never really tried to get it and prefered to go tanning, shopping and get her mani/pedis and go on talk shows etc and did minimal practicing thereafter.

DWTS was supposed to be her last ditch effort to make her over and get people to like her. But it did the opposite, Shes now a laughing stock and we see what a witch she is and that she really doesnt wanna be a Mom. shes far more interested in dumping them with Nannies and seeking fame.

And that is why they rushed the kids out to LA and Disney, because people were wondering why she stopped going home to Pa to practice and that she hadnt seen them in 2 weeks so it was all hastily arranged and they were brung out and thats why Kate looks horribly unhappy to be with them. Cause she IS!
She got bored long ago with mommyhood.

well, no idea if it's true or not, but really, California has enough natural disasters without Kate moving into town.

Kate will need to realize that LA homes are more that 1 million and since she still has a $700,000.00 mortgage in this economy and her book didnt do well and ppl are truly tired of her TLC might not be so loose with the cash to front her a new one anytime soon

I just caught the intro voiceover of today's Oprah episode and she said "Infamous practically overnight- the most scrutinized Mom in America Nadya Suleman." I guess Oprah never read this thread

While introducing all her babies she actually has to hold their heads back to see their faces to figure out which one it is, either that or she needs an extra second to remember their names. Yikes!

Actually early on J&K were on Oprah and Kate was so excited thinking Oprah was gonna give them BIG FREEBIES and she didnt and Kate stormed out after the show. They never returned to Oprah

I will agree with this. Kate made a lot of money from supportive and generous people of faith. She also (usually) makes it a point to acknowledge her faith and gratitude for what God has provided her with (her healthy children etc.)

Dee? When I bought this house Im living in 12 years ago in every room there was a statement of Christian Faith. Whether that was a bowl of rosary beads, a crucifix on a wall or a statue of Mary.. This was done to make the owner look more HONEST, so Id buy their house.
2 years after I bought it I learned that the prior owner stole money from the rear neighbor and misrepresented things on this house.
He was no honest man!

Many many Pyramid schemes (aka MLMers) online post "God Bless" and post Christian icons on their online stores websites for this very purpose.
To get you to think they are good people and buy their junk so they make LOTS of money off you..

Its exactly what Kate does. She USES Christianity to make you think shes a nice honest person.

But shes NOT.
