Guess TLC wasn't playing with Jon. I hope they win, because he's an idiot that tried to play his kids as bargaining chip (yes, I know he got the taping stopped, but if TLC had released him, the taping would have gone on, so his concern was for himself). But then part of me hopes they lose so that the kids can get out of the spotlight while the divorce finishes up. I also hope he can't use the kids money to pay the legal fees.
I did read an article someone posted that TLC had to go after him for the contract violation, because if they didn't, everyone would think they could sign a contract and leave if they get a better offer, but I still hoped they would come to a quiet settlement/agreement and move on. This has got to hurt TLC's rep. Or maybe not. Maybe more and more people are watching these TV family shows now that the attention is on them.
