It looks like Lohan was there the day they did the pumpkins. Why is Jon bringing this man around his kids? What can he be thinking having a violent man, who I think was in jail at the house?

You would think he would wait until after he goes to court & custody is settled.

In the RadarOnline article that accompanied these photos, it did say that Jon had no idea that Michael Lohan was coming to the house. I guess he could have refused to let him in, but that would have made for some even better pictures for the paparazzi.

Yes -- I watched the last half of it -- it was kind of crazy. A lot of talk about being alone, about the paparazzi. And then the whole throwing clothes (and toys) down the stairs for the girls to clean up. She said she threw out 6 bags of garbage from their room and it took her 2 hours to do that. You could tell she was having a really bad day -- it was the tups' first day of school.

And then there was the issue of her forgetting that the tups only went for a half day on the first day. She had packed them lunches in their new lunch bags, forgetting that they would be home for lunch.

It seemed all nice at first, but the more I thought about it the more I thought it was just Hard to believe she forgot the tups only went for a half day, especially when it was being filmed for TLC.



I'm mistaken again -- the pumpkin picture was on Sunday, the day Michael Lohan showed up.

Having seen those photos though, I still think the back yard ones might have been taken from the bushes on the property. The one of the child on the steps definitely was taken from the fence.



Looks like Michael Lohan is the only one who wants to to Divorced Dad's Club. And just an indication that he's pretty slimy -- he shows up at the house during Jon's custody days (announced well in advance in the media) when Jon isn't even returning his phone calls. I find it hard to believe anything that comes out of this guy's mouth -- he's doing more damage to Jon right now, than good, but trying to make it sound like he's Jon's best buddy. Glad I don't have friends like this.

I thought the P could get pictures in the back yard also. Everyone was giving them a hard time for using the driveway. But I think TLC showed the paps in the bushes outback.

Why do you think they were taken from the bushes when you see the photographer walking on the property with the camera? Look at the backyard one, the guy looks over 6 feet tall in the video. The angle is from someone standing up taking the photograph, not from down in the bushes.

Good point -- it would have to have been taken from a tree if it was at a distance. Or by somebody standing on a chair if it was closer. I just watched the video again -- the photographer couldn't have been more than 4 inches taller than Jon.

We don't know that the guy in the video took this shot. The only picture I know he took for sure was of the front door -- weird.

I find this hard to believe, Jon is not a hard interview to get. TLC was only giving them $22,500 per episode.

Maybe it was $1000.00

And do you people honestly believe Saint Kate gets zilch for appearing on every tabloid and every talkshow? So Kate can collect money but Jon cannot? Kate can pose with her "poor me puppy eyes" look on tabloids but Jon cant? Go, go give her love offerings. Saint Kate's broke now, she's left with $1000. How is poor Kate going to pay for all her spas, pedis, manis, dresses, shoes, Starbucks, hairstylists, BODYGUARD?

So what if the recent photos of the children on the driveway with Jon *according to you people* might be staged? Did you say anything when Kate did that for weeks in a row?

I thought the photos of the bushes were from the birthday party. If they could get photos of the backyard we would have seen photos of them back there all summer and playing in the pool, etc.

That photo was not taken from a tree, it was taken by a tall guy. There were several other photos at different angles around the table. That's the only one I linked. I am sure they will all surface somewhere at some point.

I would think she got paid for the View as a host, but she would not get paid for LKL or the Today Show. They only pay expenses. Which tabloids did Kate talk to? People magazine is the only one I can think of, but I would not consider it a tabloid.

I think Jon is in a no-win situation with A LOT of people right now. If he gets paid to do interviews, he's a jerk. If he isn't making any money, he's a dead beat dad who wants to live off his kids' trust fund.

Does anybody seriously think he could come up with the kind of money he needs to show he can earn within a couple of weeks any other way than doing interviews? I would prefer to see Jon get a regular job, or go back to school, because I think that would set a good example for the kids. But I'm the first to admit that things like that don't just happen overnight, especially in this economy.

Just had a tweet from Radar Online -- Jon and Kate have arrived at the courthouse.

Well, it's good they're doing it early in the day, so they'll have all day to give interviews about it. I wonder who will be first -- the winner or the loser?

I read that too. They were dirty clothes. I'm guilty of throwing dirty clothes down the step all the time.

She actually threw a toy high chair down the stairs among other things.

Jon's wearing his new black suit, again -- he's going to wear it out It's just so not fair that men could wear the same suit every day and get away with it -- all they have to do is change their shirt and tie.

This may have already been covered so forgive me if it has and point me in the right direction. But what is "Junior" Kindergarten? We have preschool and Kindergarten down here. Have never heard this term. Will they have to go to regular Kindergarten next year?

We have JK and SK here. JK kids turn 4 in the year they begin I believe and SK turn 5. Neither is mandatory, but most parents put their kids in as it saves on daycare and is a good start to full day school. Both are generally 1/2 day or alternate days (i..e attend Mon, Wed, Fri at daycare Tues Thrs). This may differ in other school districts.

Ok, then...I concede defeat. The photographer in the video was the one who took the pumpkin carving shots (why they were available for a brief period on RadarOnline, we'll never know)

But the other ones were taken from the fence, IMO, along with several others that were taken when Michael Lohan visited as well as the ones taken on Saturday when Jon arrived.

Was the big guy on the ATV with Jon his brother? Somebody said he wore glasses. I'd post it here if I knew how to do that -- somebody needs to give me lessons on this.

I think the pumpkin carving picture will always be a mystery.

It's interesting to me that there was just the one picture (the pic of Colin surfaced in the paparazzi pool photos) and it only showed up on Inside Edition and Radar Online. I'm wondering if it wasn't part of a photo shoot for a magazine or something? Maybe Us Weekly?

We can analyze it to pieces, but doubt we'll ever really know. LOL.
