there are at least 2 accounts of Friday's speech in Cleveland (polar opposite views. LOL). One of the questions was about filming:
Q. Whats it like to have cameras around all the time and are the kids bothered by it? A. I dont notice them well except the paparazzi the kids love the crew and they are willing to continue if we dont shoot for 5 days theyre asking where they are and then she rattled off the kids nicknames for the crew.
Now. I know that they could only be filming an hour a day for 5 days a week .. but it seems to me like every time they're asked about filming, the answer is different.
Yes, it is a different answer every time.
And Kate didn't say they missed the filming -- she said they love the crew. They're probably great people and love being around kids too. Doesn't mean the kids should be forced to film a TV show for their entire childhood -- couldn't they just stop the show and have the crew over for playdates?
I don't understand Madge..she said if they don't shoot for 5 days, the kids ask about them. I assume it doesn't happen often that they go 5 days without shooting, but did she say (I assume this is a speech of Kate's?) how many hours a day and how many days a week they shoot, and was that different from the usual a few hours a day 3-4 (or 5) days a week? I wonder why the pap's who are at the ouse never say how long the TLC crew is there. Maybe they'll see it here and tell us the real amount of filming LOL.
Funny, it seems that Kate has started to think that this is a "normal" way for kids to live their lives. IMO, it might have been ok if it was one day per month or every 2nd week, but to have them there half of the days is way too much.
I could be mistaken, but I thought Jon said during the Utah interview that it was something like an hour or 2 per day that the kids were being filmed. But it must be more than that if they have catering crews, etc. there on filming days. Then you would have to add to that the amount of time that their parents are filming and not have time to spend with the kids (which IMO is also an issue)
But I agree with you that we'd get a better answer from the paparazzi re how much the crews etc are there.
