I really like that picture of Kate.
As a Mom there is absolutely no way I'd even consider moving that far.
Completely agree!
What strikes me about the last few pages, though, is that clearly no one understands the legalities of a custody agreement.
That's an awfully strong statement....
BTW, I'm just in the process of closing on our first "condo" in Orlando :rotfl2 ie. a floating prime week 3Bd at Cypress Pointe Resort.

For TS's in Orlando, you can look them up in the Orange County database -- wonder if you can do that in Park City?
Love, love, LOVE IT there!! We stayed there in December and would totally stay there again and again! Super close to Disney and really a decent condo for the price!
neither parent maintains a residence in the state where their children live and own a home. and they're choosing to do that. that just says a lot to me.
Do you think that's part of the agreement? Do you think that has anything to do with other "job" possibilities for the parents or kids?

I can't believe someone said they had 100K stashed in the house. What a way to put the family in danger.
What a smart move....hope Steve and security are paying extra close attention now!
My sister told me, it is automatically reported. So if Kate is stashing money, she probably has no idea, that there really is a paper trail that Jon could find if he really wanted too.
I would think if she was trying to be sneaky, she'd withdraw $1000 here or there or something like that instead of a huge amount all at once...
So if Kate made large withdraws this indeed would be the case. But if she did this over time and in amounts that didn't trigger the form than she could possibly get away with it. Especially if the account she used for these transactions was only in her name.
Exactly what I was thinking....if she was "taking" money, she'd probably do it (I guess I would if it were me) over time instead of a huge amount.
Did you all notice Kate's book "strategically" placed on the book shelf behind her? I do have to say, though, the new "interview set" looks better than ever before, not so dreary.
Can't get the video to play in the link
So they still selling that Kate is doing it all alone? People really don't know about the nannies, helpers and crew that helped Kate put up the tent and will get the kids in the car?
I know someone back commentted (and I've thought to myself before) about how come the van was never "upgraded" before....well they have the "bus" now right?? Do they even use the big van any more other than to tape something for the show?? When they went to Charm City Cakes, Kate mentioned going on "our bus" and "our drvier" wouldn't tell them where they were going..... Jsut a thought.
I do hope they donated the "old" cabinets to someone who could use them. I would love to have those, as my cabinets are 25 years old.
I would hope they've donated a LOT of things they've "remodeled" or replaced over time to other organizations and people that could use them.
Did anyone notice the whole smores thing, with the strategically placed Hershey Bars, with the very first commerical after the segment being a Hershey's commercial.
I would let my kids make smores and someone tape it and Herseys to show a commercial for free Hersey bars - my kids would be in heaven!

I don't see how using chocolate and the company buying ad time during the show is "exploiting" the kids honestly....I know someone's making money off the ad and the kids are using the product but there were WAY more obvious/blatent times this has occurred. No one's getting hurt and the kids are having a good time (I would assume...I haven't seen last night's show yet).
That's really classy!
