Jon already made a statement:

Yikes, This one doesn't look good at all.
They have a Security Guard that caught them in a hallway.
Sure people can be paid off to say things,
but there are now 2 different sitings on the same nite.
2+2 doesn't equal 5 Jon. He's wrong and I think they others may be right.

And both stories mention the missing wedding band. I can't think of any reason to take off your wedding ring to meet a female friend.

I, too, was willing to give him some benefit of the doubt in Feb. or at least chalk it up to bad judgment.

What I can't believe is that he seems to have thought that if he denied it, no one would be watching him any more. Can he be that naive?

I have a firm policy of not passing judgment or handing out unsolicited advice, but the Gosselins need to get out of the spotlight and concentrate on their marriage and family.

I read in a previous post, a DISer commented seeing a photo of one of the boys having a cast on, does anyone know about that?

as far as I know, I don't think that's been addressed by anyone involved with the show/blogs/PR.

Wow, what was Jon thinking? And I think my divorce is nasty, I can see theirs being nasty if it comes to that. I hope they can work things out, but its seems unlikely at this time. I see they are reporting he was not wearing his wedding ring, what do you guys think of that. I took mine off after I told my Ex but I definitely am not at bars at 2 am or 2 pm for that matter.

Just putting it out there. But when I worked with a woman, attractive, married mom of two, she came to work once without her wedding ring on and people were commenting left and right about how she was getting a divorce. Real reason she didn't have a ring on was because she was having it fixed.
Who knows what's going on, but there could be other reasons.

Was she out at a bar at 2am while her husband was out of town and her kids were home. Did she then get into a car with another man and quickly leave the bar?? I'm just saying....

Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad Jon Gosselin is admitting he "showed poor judgment" by leaving a bar at 2 a.m. with a mystery woman and without his wedding band -- while his wife Kate was across the country promoting a book.

"Like most people, I have male and female friends, and I'm not going to end my friendships just because I'm on TV," the dad of 8 tells Extra. "However, being out with them late at night showed poor judgment on my part.

"What makes me sick is that my careless behavior has put my family in this uncomfortable position," he continues. "My family is the most important thing in my life and it kills me that these allegations have hurt them."

A clubgoer tells the newest issue of Us Weekly that Jon "could barely walk" after spending nearly three hours with a mystery woman he referred to as "babe." After being spotted by photographers, the two hastily sped off in a car without turning on the headlights.

Jon told Us in an emailed statement that he went to Legends Lounge -- near the $1.3 million family home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania -- that night to "speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car."

But this isn't the first time Jon has seemingly strayed.

In February, the 32-year-old was spotted flirting with -- and even attempting to kiss -- coeds at Juniata College, multiple students confirm to Us Weekly. (He denied any wrongdoing.) He told one coed "he was getting divorced." In the May Ladies Home Journal, he says, "I always thought I would be, like, 54 years old and marry a 19-year-old or something

Also, I find it hard to believe that there are 200 cars parked in front of their house on any given day...

Jon, Jon, Jon. After what happened with the coeds, you'd think he'd think twice, three times, even a million times before he steps one foot out of his driveway. First, if he had to talkto a "nightclub owner", use the phone, email, text anything but showing up at 2 a.m. Second, if a friend wants to see your new (very, very expensive looking) car, have her come bye your house. He's home during the day and night. I never heard anything about the new car, where'd he get the $$ for it. I'd love to have heard the TLC executives when they saw the picture.

I forgot to multiquote, but we're gonna go with it...

IMO, Kate's not abusing Jon. Whomever said he can't give it back to her...there have been a couple of episodes where he's smacked her on the bum.

Someone said when men hit, it's in anger. Women can hit in anger with intent to hurt, too, but I highly, highly, highly doubt that's what is going through Kate's mind when she does it Jon. I used to slug my guy friends in high school if they said something inappropriate. They laugh it off and keep on being irritating.

I missed where they denied having a nanny. What happened to the Vietnamese nanny they've mentioned?

About Jon's statement...duh! I'm sure he knows better. Looks like he's trying to shake his "character," only he's really the father of eight kids and a husband. I wonder if people still think Kate's the bad parent. Anyone see anyone condoning Jon's behavior because he's married to Kate (I don't read the anti or pro blogs)? I don't even really think Jon's a bad parent for this, but I do think he's a stupid man.

Thanks! Wow, that article made for some interesting reading. He really is acting like an idiot and his "statement" proves it! I'm sure Kate (after talking with their PR genius) called him lickety-split and told him to fix this mess NOW! Little did she know he'd issue such a stupid statement! TLC can't be too happy about this at all.

What is sad is that those precious kids are caught in the middle of a ridiculous scandal now. Sure, he said he feels bad about that but do you really have to have a degree in rocket science to know that BEFORE you go out to the bar with a woman who's not your wife till 2am?? Come on Jon. For anyone who thinks I'm being judgemental, would you like your DH or DB out till 2am at a bar (while you were out of town and your kids home with someone else) and then getting into a car with a woman while not wearing his wedding ring? I sure wouldn't be happy!

If a woman is slapped its spousal abuse, if a man its love taps!!!!!!!! What kind of message is she giving her children? That you can abuse your spouse as much as you want as long as he is male? He should take them away from her and find help as an abused spouse.

I have not seen Kate slap Jon out of anger. It has always been when they have been playful. If she b!tch slapped him, then yes, I would say she is being abusive. But that is not what I have seen in the show. Every now and then my DH smacks me on the butt (not hard) and it is not out of anger, it is being playful. Have my kids seen him do it, I'm sure they have since my son one day walked up to me said hi and smacked me on the butt. We are just a family who smacks butts, not as punishment but the way athletes do. I certainly do not considered my self or my kids abused.

yes, I watched for a few more minutes -- it was when they went to American Girl. Jon and Kate were SO happy together. Genuinely happy to be together. Nothing like they are now.
