There's something to be said for spouses with different interests, though. Lord knows the couples who depend on each other for everything, including entertainment, hobbies, etc. have issues, too.

How often can Jon take off for a ski weekend? If we're going by the Utah interview(s) as fact, he's doing the brunt of the home life work now. It's not like he can board while Kate's at home with the kids.

you're absolutely right - on all counts. Like I said, I am sure that I'm reading way too much into what I saw in the article. I know it's a pretty far-fetched concept .. especially after they went to Hawaii to renew their vows to show the world that they're together forever.

and not only child support for 8 ... there's alimony for Kate ...

I'm going to do some asking around - allegedly, Jon and/or Kate are still coming here this Spring. BUT. I've not heard one thing about it and it's less than 2 months away, which I think is weird. I'd think they'd be advertising ticket distribution soon. I wonder if they're really still coming.

edited to add: It's just Kate and she's speaking at 2 church services on March 8 (or whatever the Sunday is).

I can't wait to hear any local backstory!

ok...I don't usually say anything bad about Kate's hair, but omg...those stripes that she had going on last night were just awful. I think she is so pretty and don't even mind the spikes, but the stripes have to go!!

Can't wait to see the new house next Monday! And the questions/answers were somewhat interesting last night. One of the questions was to the crew "Do you have a favorite kid?" And I had to answer too! My favorite's Alexis!

She looked tanner to me too. I don't know who my favorite is, Alexis and Leah are up there though! Alexis is such a little wild child you can't help but love her!

Much tanner...just back from vacation??? What was her answer to weight loss and her "new" look? I didn't hear it. I only heard her giving Jon a hard time about not working out for three months. Also did anyone else think that the hair transplant looks like it is working?

I'm guessing the tan is fake. It just doesn't look real to me, and I think she needs to stop doing it. I'm personally a Kate fan, but it did not look good last night. I also noticed Jon's hair; I'm thinking the transplant is working.

I'm just now watching the interview link someone posted on the last page and it truly shows how young Jon is, if you ask me. He is NOT a great interviewee. It's like he's just rambling because he's not sure what the heck to do. I like it though, it shows he's "real".

Last night's episodes...Kate's hair is getting more and more ridiculous! The stripes, that long crap in the front?? Ick! Other than that, I thought she looked great!

I watched last night's ep and was like, "OMG..what is UP with her hair? Does she think she's a tiger now?" I've never understood girls/women who did that to their hair though, no matter who it was. It always looks really strange.

I wonder if she owns a treadmill? I haven't seen it and they haven't shown her on one so that surprises me. I wish she gave more detail to how she stays so slim. She could sell a diet book for sure. She used to be flabby and pudgy (who wouldn't be after having sextuplets?) and now she looks really fit.

MeForDis--don't forget she's also had a tummy tuck, which helped a lot with the flab you're probably thinking of.

They showed Jon on a treadmill in the basement, once.

In earlier pictures and footage, though, even her face was a little fuller. Tummy tuck can't do anything about that.

They do tend to eat pretty healthy meals and snacks, and, aside from any fitness activity, I'm willing to bet she's pretty active, especially now that the kids are older and more mobile.
