Had not thought about that, but its a good idea. ThanksI'm not one to dress up on vacation, but we made a point to get a little dressed up/do it up a little bit last year and it made for such a fun evening. Also made for some great family photos.
No, there are no free snacks. Are there any free snacks during Jollywood nights
I don’t think it was open, even if it were open, the regular menu wouldn’t be available. As I recall, there were special party menus at all the venues serving food (I specifically went to The Commissary and The Hollywood Brown Derby, neither of which offered the regular menu). Is Woody's Lunch Box open during Jollywood Nights?
I take back my previous response. I found my party map and it seems to indicate that Woody’s was open without special event offerings. Is Woody's Lunch Box open during Jollywood Nights?
You are correct that whether an experience is "worth" the cost is variable. Its really a personal question that nobody can answer for you. I am going to Jollywood for the first time in two months. Its expensive, but its a sunk cost. I already spent the money. Of course I am hoping to have a good time. But if its not, I won't be thinking about the cost, because it was already paid for and the money already gone from my pocket. My suggestion would be that if you are going to be thinking about the money during the experience and whether it was well spent, then you probably shouldn't go. Do something you already know is worth it to you. But if you can avoid thinking about the money already spent, then try it out. Fun or not, there's no point in worrying about the money that is already goneI know "worth it" is situation-dependent, but it'll be $180 with tax, per person. Is this money well-spent? I've read some negative things. I'm hoping it's fun and exciting, not that I'm going to walk away shaking my head.
Do make sure that the reviews you are reading are about last year because I understand there were a lot of problems 2 years ago. It sounds like most of the people who went last year thought the problems were solved. I'm really excited about the photos being included and seeing characters and about the special entertainment shows. I think the night events are one of those things that you have to pick out your priorities because you can't do it all.I know "worth it" is situation-dependent, but it'll be $180 with tax, per person. We choose 10:30 for our party last year. That worked for us.I am thinking about making reservations for Brown Derby. Is there a time of evening that would be best?
