Joint pain, using glucosamine and chondroitin

That is what the doctor told Dh to take for his knees, as it helps increase the joint fluid to cushion the knees or other joints. I can't get him ot take it like he should, or he wouldn't have knee pain any longer. He thinks if you take it and the pain goes away, you are supposed to stop it and when he does the pain comes back, so I give up.

You and I are married to the same guy! I swear I could have typed the above. It's maddening!

OP, glad you found something that helps. It's awful having chronic pain and I'm sure your quality of life will improve greatly.
