Joint Owners Should Check Individual Addresses and Phone Info

We have been waiting for one of our member cards to come. We had called member services and changed our address and phone number. Today we called and they had one persons info as the old address and one as the new one. So if you and your wife are joint owners check both your info

Did you talk with Member Services or Member Administration? We never got new cards and I am the only one of the 3 of us with a DVC log in. I know DH and DS probably still have an old address linked to their membership. Was not sure if it was MS or MA to call.

Good advice! I manage all 3 accounts myself, but made sure all 3 of us had accounts. So far all is good and we all got our cards. Though my daughter, at a different address--but an owner, got her card a month before we got ours.
