Joining the club!

After reading a lot here, asking questions and doing the math my wife and I decided to go ahead and get 100 points for WLV! We close sometime in Sept.

We are very excited. We figured we could test out the DVC club and see how much we enjoy it and add points if we wish in the future.

The way we see it we can travel every year and stay in a studio or every other and get a one bedroom.

We also wanted to make sure we got WLV so we could get time whenever we wanted since it is the smallest of all the DVC properties. We also love the themeing and wanted to retain that Disney resort atmosphere.

I'm actually excited to check out Vero beach and Hilton Head too at some point. The flexibility of times places and themes really apppeals to us.

Well, 100 points is more like it! The 60 or so you were talking about in earlier posts had some of us concerned you would not be able to accomplish what you wanted. I still expect you will want to add on at some point, especially after your first 1BR stay.

I hope it is the "screaming good deal" that you were hoping for.

I remember reading your earlier post and I agree with the previous post that 60 points seemed a bit on the low side.

Never-the-less, I would say you made a wise choice buying 100 points and as you say you can always buy more if the mood strikes you.

I have little doubt that you will regret your decision.

Good choice going for the higher amount. Now you can prepare yourself for your first add on. You will love it.

When we first purchased, we did it for WDW but after visiting both HH and VB, we love to go there too! We have added on 3 times since we purchased!

I'm sure you will be happy and the add-on bug will be biting soon.
