Jogging trails at Poly?

I always jog over to the GF too from the Poly, the trails connect, and DH, who is a marathon runner, takes to the road and goes over to WL and the campground.

I also wanted to mention that the health club at the GF can be used by the Poly (path right to it from the Poly - it's near the wedding pavillion) is really nice - one of the nicest I've ever seen at a hotel.

If it's really, really hot or rainy I run on the treadmill there.

Beautiful paths to jog.....also they connect to the WP and GF. Just an idea we have done is take the boat very early in the morning to the WL and they have a great running path that goes deep into Fort Wilderness....

I started a site with walking areas at Disney in photos - I have the FW/WL path, as well as other areas around FW. Also, OKW, Saratoga/DD, the Boardwalk, and POR/POF now. I don't have the MK area done yet, but I also liked the walking path at Shades when I've stayed there.

My two favorite exercise places are FW/WL and the Boardwalk. I have lots of others still to do, but it's just me doing the walks (timing and taking pictures). I'll be doing something this year on all the fitness centers and reviews of healthy dining choices too (in September/October). Plus Disneyland Paris and Disneyland are planned.

Thanks! The map on disneyrunning is different than the one on allears. I think I like the one on disneyrunning better, looks like it goes by the lake. Funny, cause they both look like copies from Disney.

Denise, nice blog! I added it to my favs and will keep checking back. We go down several times a year so this will be great. DH has now been running for about a year and I'm now doing a program to transition me from walking into running. It is going great!
