ok, here were the goods yesterday:
BREAKFAST: plain bagel w/ 1 tbsp cream cheese
lemonade
LUNCH: 1 pepperoni lean pocket, some dried banana chips
DINNER: 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast with chedder cheese on it...and 1/4 c white rice.
24 OZ water
no exercise yesterday
before that here are some bad things I ate on vacation:
SHARED a turkey leg at the world with my family of 5
2 Dole Pineapple floats
biscuts and gravy (1 biscut, small amount of gravy) one morning for breakfast
meatball sub my mom made for dinner one night
2 cupcakes
rice crispie treats
THINGS I PASSED UP:
KRISPY KREME DOUGHNUTS!!!
Hot dogs
hamburgers
candy
ice cream
plus lots more I'm sure
my official weigh in after WDW is 2lbs up....but I do feel bloaty this morning...so I guess after another day or so of eating good I'll re-weigh, and be OFF TO THE RACES agaiin!!! I'm not overally depressed about it...I mean, when you eat bad things, you don't reap good things...I SOOO KNOW THAT!!! It was vacation, the week of my birthday, and I think I did alright...it sooo could have been better, but so is life!
AT ANY RATE...back to the plan JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!
now, I'm off to "swim" for the day!!! Going to walk today...and will post more tonight!!!
