ok here was my day guys!

BREAKFAST: peach yogurt

LUNCH: salad w/mushrooms & radishes ff italian dressing

SNACK: handful banana chips/dried pineapple

DINNER: fresh fish breaded in seasoned cornmeal, fried in PAM, 1/4 baked potato w/ff sour cream and butter spray also: sautee'd zuchinni, squash, onion, mushrooms (in PAM)...with a little parmasean cheese on it...(didnt' finish this)

DESSERT: ff NO sugar added chocolate ice cream (approx 1 cup)

42 OZ H2o today...and walked one mile tonight with dh!!!

GOING to work even harder tomorrow to stay on track...ok guys, off to day 14...let's see what it has in store for me!!

How exciting that you got through another day with flying colors and without touching the twinkies! :cheer2: You are doing so great, sweetie. :banana: You HAVE to be really proud of yourself (now just DO NOT reward yourself with food!) ;)
So, how are you feeling? The reason I ask is that it looks like you aren't eating protein with every meal and I have found, without a doubt, that I really start to drag when I don't have enough protein. I went out and bought some FRIGO light mozzarella sticks (1 WW point each) and eat one of those slowly whenever there isn't already a protein element to a meal. They are great snacks!

no rewarding myself with food :teeth: I PROMISE!!! ;)

I really feel good...most days I have some protien for at least 2 meals, rarely for breakfast though...yesterday was just a strange day I think...Today I'm having a chicken breast with motz cheese seasoned with garlic for lunch...with radishes on the side (love radishes!!!)

for dinner?? not sure :teeth:

Breakfast is strawberries and a little honey bunches of oats cereal (with almonds) ;)

LOTS OF WATER...

I put on a pair of sz 22 jeans this morning...they don't fit quite yet, but considering I couldn't even pull them over my hips 2 wks ago, I'm happy!! :)

TRUGGING ALONG...can't wait to drop another 11.5 lbs!!! :)

Hey Jen! Just wanted to drop in and say "you go girl"! You ae doing so awesome! Those next 11.5 will be gone before you know it. And only a week and a day until you get to see Mickey- I'm so very jealous! I love reading your meal plans as they give me some new ideas. DH is thin, but loves healthy food (maybe that's why he's thin and i'm not??)- so anything healthy he will be glad if I cook it. Of course, then he'll down a whole bag of cookies. But at least I can do some healthy meals, right? So, how is Gator doing? I'm sure very well as are you- Have a great day at work!!
 
Brandi, thanks so much for such kind words...Gator man is doing better than I am...he's down 15 lbs (LUCKY MAN)...and counting...he's exercising and rockin this thing out! ;) :cool1:

I'm glad you benefit from my food diary...I do the same thing looking at other people's diary's...

as for your hubby being thin...I'm sure that's why he's thin...if you eat well, you will be thin...gator used to be thin for the first 7 years of our marriage...then he quit smoking, and found food...so for the past 7 yrs he's been heavy...now he's changing that and getting back to his roots, as am I (we were both thin children/young adults)...it's a good feeling...you know we should be teaching our kids good eating habits...so now we are :) We are fortunate to have three wonderful children with NO weight problems, but if we had continued to teach them such poor eating habits, who knows later in life??? I'm happy we've changed our ways! ;)

Hi, Jen. :wave2: Just wanted to stop by and thank you for coming over to visit me in my journal. You're doing so well; I know that you are going to have results that change your life forever!

I've been on the WISH for 22 months now and while I've had my share of ups and downs, I know that I'd never have been able to keep any weight off at all, if it weren't for the support here.

Keep up your great work!

Here I am at work, and guess what? They're having a PIZZA party at noon! :(

I'm so sad! I LOVE PIZZA!!! It's such a weakness, but I know if I have one piece, I'll have more, and it's just not worth it! I'm sticking to things now so I can have a splurge or two at WDW next week...especially since we're celebrating my birthday while we're there!

STILL...I want pizza!!! I knew if I came and posted here I'd get support and I'd be accountable so thanks for listening to me ramble on...

ok, update, it's a pizza/birthday party for one of the people who works here :( now i'm super sad!!! CAKE!!! :(

OK, they probably think i'm being anti-social but i'm NOT going in there!

Jen-- Don't even go near the pizza. I hope you have something very appetizing with you for lunch. Stick to that. Do it, if for no other reason, to prove to yourself that you can.
And then come here and brag all about it so we can do a happy dance for you.

Step AWAY from the pizza. You know what's right. You want those WDW awesome foods, don't you? Am I right? Go to the party for no more than a few minutes and bring water with you/chew gum/keep your hands busy! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT eat any of the pizza. You're doing pretty awesome, so I know you can do this! After the mingling, RUN back to your office and chug your water. That's what I'd do!!!

You will get through this!! In the tough times you grow! Keep growing!

Jen -- I have been where you are, and am there even today. But I want to LIVE at the gator farm and get imbued with that indomitable upbeat attitude that seems to ROCK there!
Just keep thinking of those 22w jeans, girl. That will inspire you.

And just think, your pix from WDW next week will be "in progress" pix, not "start" pix. Isn't that awesome? You will be saying "In this picture, I had been on WISH for x days and had already lost MORE THAN 10 POUNDS!!!!"

Carry that with you in your heart, Jen. Because you have earned it. Every day you get through is a success in and of itself. There were will be lots of positives you will reflect on every day.

Congratulations! You are going to go home and tell Jeff how you avoided the temptation of pizza and cake. And he is going to give you a huge hug and you can both be proud of you.
