Happy Labor Day everyone! I am just getting ready to go over a friend's house for a picnic.
This low carb thing isn't working for me at all
I've only tried it for four days and yesterday I decided to make it a cheat day....before I jump back into it for the week (this being my second week)- Can I just tell you how sick I got.....I was sick most of last night not to mention this morning.
I still made it to the gym today to do 45 minutes of cardio. If my trainer suggests more of this low carb thing - I will just tell her that I can't! I didn't feel like I had any choices - I am not a big eater to begin with and I don't eat a lot of junk food. She wanted me to try cutting carbs down to almost nothing and I just felt sick. It is definetely more satisfying to do low fat than to do low carb not to mention I feel better. Oh well, I will try again for this week but I can't do more than that. I was making everyone else miserable that was around me while on the low carb thing.
