Hi Val, Thank you I am feeling so much better. I guess it was just allergies. Although, it was weird because it really did feel like I was coming down with something.
I would love to get your dh with my df but I don't know if the calendar will cooperate.

We've been getting things together little by little every weekend for the wedding.
Okay, the update on my diet and exercise. Still doing well with the diet but I do want to modify it a little, I've been trying to get another session together with my personal trainer to get weighed, measured, etc. so I know my starting point; plus I want her to go over diet with me, so that I can achieve all my goals for the wedding. She knows the dress and is keeping that in mind when we design the different workouts.
Anyway, I spent a good hour and a half at the gym, I did the following:
Treadmill- 20 minutes, weight loss setting, resistance 4
Arc Trainer- 15 minutes, weight loss setting, resistance 4
Crossramp- 20 minutes, Glut setting, resistance 2
Long pull (for the back)- 45 pounds, 12 reps, 3 sets
Lat pull down- 45 pounds 12 reps, 1 sets & 50 pounds, 12 reps, 2 sets
Seated pecs-30 pounds, 12 reps, 3 sets
Incline press- 10 pounds, 12 reps, 3 sets
Wide chest press- 25 pounds, 12 reps, 3 sets
***Superset- Plat loaded squat (80 pounds on each side)15 reps, 3 sets done in between Standing press- 7 pounds, 12 reps, 3 sets**
***2nd superset- Prone leg curl and shoulder press- 40 pounds for the leg curl, 10 pounds for the shoulder press, 12 reps each, 3 sets***
Back Squats- 20 pounds, 12 each, 3 reps.
That's it....I could have easily done more if the gym wasn't so busy.
