Happy New Year!!! Just getting geared up to go to the gym shortly.....Bob can't believe that they open today (half day)....tomorrow is my personal trainer day - so I am not sure how long I will stay today but I have to do something!
Looking forward to the New Year.....I can't wait for the wedding - I just hope I can lose more weight and trim everything in time! Mostly I am looking forward to seeing the Mouse again......I really want to look good for Disney after all we have scheduled three photo sessions - one at Magic Kingdom, another at MGM, and the last at Epcot!
I have some major, major goals for this year - from this point forward I will be stressed about everything!!! I was hoping not to feel this way but it already less than 10 months....I can't believe it!
Thanks to Christmas we've got a lot more stuff for our kitchen. Well, I have to run for now but before I do everyone have a happy new year and be careful if you go out!

Stairmaster - 15 minutes, manual setting, diff 6
Arc Trainer - 15 minutes, weight loss, diff 4
Crossramp - 15 minutes, glut setting, diff 3
Benchpress - 20 pounds (Bar weighs 45 pounds), 10 reps, 3 sets
Wide Chest press - 50 pounds, 10 reps, 3 sets
Tricep extension - 40 pounds, 10 reps, 3 sets
Tricep dip - 45 pounds, 12 reps, 1 set....50 pounds, 10 reps, 1 set.....60 pounds, 10 reps, 1 set
Tricep kickback - 5, 7.5, 10 pounds - Super set estimated 10 of each 3 sets....the purpose of this exercise is to really work the muscle but to also kind of tire it!
Incline dumbell press - 15 pounds, 10 reps, 3 sets
Seated pect - 30 pounds, 10 reps, 1 set.....20 pounds, 10 reps, 2 sets
Bicep curl - 20 pounds, 10 reps, 3 sets
Long pull - 50 pounds, 10 reps, 3 sets
Lat pulldown (underhand) 45 pounds, 10 reps, 3 sets
