Wow - Christmas is fast approaching! not to sound like a Scrooge but I am really not into Christmas.....I don't know what is wrong with me this year - I just can't stand the idea of Christmas. However, I am looking really forward to the New Year.

Well today I have another trainer session - Wish me luck.....I've worked so hard, I will be so heartbroken if I see no results at all! Everyone seems to see a change in body expect for me. I still look in the mirror and see a pudgy little girl. Bob is just worried that I will loose too much weight - I don't think that I will ever be in danger of that!

Today I finally will be getting my pictures - Thank god in time for Christmas; Bob and I will be able to give our mothers the pictures in the frames that we've already bought. :cloud9:

Next Thursday Bob is taking me out to dinner for my birthday, I can wait we are going to my favorite restaurant - it's a real treat! In addition, I will be getting my hair done that day so I will feel like a million dolllars, at least I hope!

Well, I am going to run. I will do my best to update everyone about my personal trainer session.


Gym Update:
I had my personal trainer session went amazingly well - at last weigh in I was 125 pounds, I am now 122 pounds. My fat percentage was at 24.8 and is now at 23.9.

My goals seem so far away - I hope I can do it. My goal weight is 110/115 and my goal fat percentage is 21% - with all of the holidays this is sure to be a challenge but I have to keep on thinking about the gown.

My trainer was telling me that she can definetely see that I have slimmed down in my stomach area! The only place that I can see it so far is in my face. We didn't bother with measurements this time around but will the next time (depending on how well I do during the holidays).

You will get to your goal, I know you will. But you should be proud of yourself for all the positive changes you have made with or with the goal weight :D . You are going to be a beautiful bride.
 
Wow Jodi! You are so close to your goal. That is awsome. Sometimes it takes a while for the mind to really register the changes. I'm glad the gym is working out. I love my gym and my workouts!

Oh they absolutely loved them! They didn't see them coming and they were actually interested in ordering more! I'm so glad that they enjoyed them. :cloud9:
 
Wow, I can't believe it - I just wrote out a post about Christmas/Birthday and it didn't end up posting (not doing it again - at least not tonight). Everything is going well with the diet and the gym.....most of the nights this week I ended up going to the gym directly after work - it is much better that way and I plan on going tomorrow!

Tonight - I am having a marathon of sorts - I got Shrek 2 for Christmas, so I am watching the original Shrek right now to be followed by Shrek 2. I also got a bunch of Disney dvds for Christmas and Disney dollars we have a little over $300 saved for our Disney trip! :cheer2: :cheer2:

Hello Everyone,

Happy New Year!!! Just getting geared up to go to the gym shortly.....Bob can't believe that they open today (half day)....tomorrow is my personal trainer day - so I am not sure how long I will stay today but I have to do something!

Looking forward to the New Year.....I can't wait for the wedding - I just hope I can lose more weight and trim everything in time! Mostly I am looking forward to seeing the Mouse again......I really want to look good for Disney after all we have scheduled three photo sessions - one at Magic Kingdom, another at MGM, and the last at Epcot!

I have some major, major goals for this year - from this point forward I will be stressed about everything!!! I was hoping not to feel this way but it already less than 10 months....I can't believe it!

Thanks to Christmas we've got a lot more stuff for our kitchen. Well, I have to run for now but before I do everyone have a happy new year and be careful if you go out!

Tricep kickback - 5, 7.5, 10 pounds - Super set estimated 10 of each 3 sets....the purpose of this exercise is to really work the muscle but to also kind of tire it!

What exercise videos do you work along with? I've thought about picking up the Tae Bo videos but don't know if that is best or to actually find a class somewhere.

Hey there, you need to try not to be stressed and enjoy every minute of this once in a lifetime adventure or you may miss out on the important little things. Take it slow and one day at a time. :flower1:
