Jodi Arias Trial Part 8 EXTREME CRUELTY: PROVEN

We would like to proudly announce the arrival of our daughter, Charlotte Grace! She made her dramatic debut at 1:19pm weighing in at 6lbs 13oz and 19 inches long. Piglet is sore and tired but she did an awesome job.

More photos and updates to come from Piglet herself. For now she's resting up and enjoying our new daughter. Everyone is healthy!

C eats well. Today at her first appt she was 6lbs 8 oz, she has gained 2 oz since her appt Friday at the hospital.

Ok. Now I'm a little confused. You say she's weighing in at 6lbs 8oz., and has gained 2 oz. Which by my calculations would mean she weighed 6lb 6oz at birth.

On the other hand Mr. Piglet first announced that she weighed 6lbs 13oz at birth.

So which is it? This could affect the outcome of the "guessing baby C's weight" poll.

Plus, I do believe some pics were promised. We're still waiting.

I don't know if anyone recall's Jodi asking Det FLores if the time stamps could have been added? There has been truth to some of what she says. If you also look at the pictures there are two different bottles on the bed. Plus with the those text messages that he sent her, he was pissed. He told her he never wanted to see her again. Even the rope was a lie. No need to cut rope for that bed.

She showed up and shocked him. I believe she held the knife or the gun on him in the shower. No way they had sex. JMO

Or she took out the batteries which reset the clock/calendar in the camera. Then put them back in and set the date to whatever she wanted it to be. Most people put the correct date/time but maybe she didn't....

I think he has been wearing that thing, not sure what it was, but it would leave a mark all the time if he wore it everyday.

I haven't been paying much attention since the verdict but I have a quick question. Have any jurors said anything about their thoughts about the stuff that wasn't presented at trial? Would it have changed their opinion if they were one that voted for life? Or has everyone stood by their punishment vote?

I didn't think they would give in and give her a deal. They want to finish this with a jury if they can.

I wondered all along after her making that comment to Det Flores. I think those pics were most likely when they started having a fling. I noticed that when an expert was looking at them he was pointing at the bottles on the bed. If you notice the bottles, they are different sizes and not the same bottles. Nobody asked her about the bottles on the bed and if she took them.

I wish him luck ... Last night on Dr. Drew, he took calls from JA supporters and he also showed a videotaped interview with Donovan ... It was, ummmm, interesting to hear what they had to say in support of JA ... Well, to be quite honest, it left me saying WHAAAATT?!! ... But then again, on the flip side, JA supporters could be left saying the same thing when they hear non-JA-supporters ... After watching the show, I thought to myself, with all the media attention and all the mixed emotions and opinions that this case has gotten and is still getting, I just don't know how they are going to find 12 jurors + alternates that are impartial ... And I have to say that I'm also a bit concerned that one person with some personal hidden agenda may even be able slip onto that new jury ... That would be very unfortunate, but it could happen ...

I wondered what the heck that was, read at Websleuths it was duct tape and had something to do with wrestling, measuring making a muscle to make it come off and then it was also some Mormon ritual. It's also wrapped up on the floor in one of the evidence pictures by the washer and looks like crumpled duct tape to me.

Darn you Remus!!! I got so excited when I saw a glimpse of skin in that picture and thought it was going to be a picture of baby Charlotte!!! Though I will admit to wondering why her skin looked so weathered!!

T-Man, I think think it's common for babies to lose weight right after they're born. Mine went from 8lb 4oz to a little over 5 pounds, then again, she wasn't eating! We'll just blame it all on Piglet's fog!!

Depends on the camera. Most digital cameras today have an internal power source that saves the date and time, even though the main battery/batteries has/have been removed. For a camera to lose the date and time, the main battery/batteries would have to be out of the camera for a long period of time; thus not charging the internal power source and eventually causing it to deplete it's charge. So taking the main battery/batteries out and putting it/them back in right away won't normally cause the time and date to reset. Not saying it couldn't happen, but the event of it happening is very slim.

The time and date can still be changed, but it would have to be done manually.
