Yeah, I'm not even sure Jodi would agree to a plea at this time, she thinks she's too slick.



I don't think this judge would give her Life with possibility of parole.

Anyone know of any serious cases in AZ where a judge has given Life with possibility of parole after 25?

Jodi hasn't won anything, she is living in a private hell. If she is having nightmares those are what is real and relives it every night. Because she knows Travis did nothing to her. It is conviction that is haunting her.

Wow, the way Zervakos was speaking in his interviews, I assumed that the jurors had actually made him their media spokesperson ... Guess I was mistaken ... I'm almost afraid to hear what the others have to say now ... Especially since their foreman went rogue, so to speak ...

Wow, the way Zervakos was speaking in his interviews, I assumed that the jurors had actually made him their media spokesperson ... Guess I was mistaken ... I'm almost afraid to hear what the others have to say now ... Especially since their foreman went rogue, so to speak ...

I shouldnt look through other blogs b/c I dont want to think how the other side thinks. But for me personally I ask why would chris hughes open up a legacy fund while the Alexanders have a memorial fund already started that goes straight to Tanisha and Stephanie. This does make me question his motives.

The more and more I think about things, I'm kinda hoping the State decides to take the DP off the table at the status conference in June and that way the Judge can just sentence JA once and for all and a new penalty phase trial will be avoided altogether ... Otherwise, I'm afraid that the circus this has unfortunately turned into will never end ... And more clowns will come out of the clown car ... Just my opinion ...

I may be off topic here and may even have the names and counties wrong but just something that has went through my head today. When the sheriff was asked the other day about the JA interviews, I found it way strange how the sheriff mentioned twice how "we have nothing to hide". At that moment it hit me weird that how he said "we have nothing to hide" really seemed out of context and had nothing to do with the question posed to him.
Isnt this the same sheriff the news is all over today that AZ is telling him he has to quit racial profiling? Maybe he knew the racial profiling was about to hit the media and used that interview to invite the state investigation?
Again, may have wrong guy and county/city but I believe its the same one. I should do some research prior to posting this. I will go research now and remove this comment in a few minutes if I am wrong

I really don't like to make a statement that I have so little knowledge on but I agree w Remus. I think the PPL people expect to make large sums of money off their friends that pay PPL for a service that offers little help. It appears to be a pyramid scheme to me. The higher the rank within the organization the less I would trust them. I think Chris Hughs ranked near the top.
They already had a fund to help defray living expenses for the Alexander's while staying in AZ.

I thought it was a little odd too but knew that he has always been under intense media scrutiny so I assumed that was the reason for his statement.

I did not bail, and I would have been fine with LWOP. I am mad because if they did not fully understand they should have had someone sit down and explain it in full so they did understand the judge would have made sure that if they checked that box that she would declare a mistrial. Just don't come back and say you are horrified that when you checked it and then declared it a mistrial, they should of asked for more clarification. I don't know why you think we are bailing on this trial. I intend to see it to the end. I came this far.

This Zervakos guy is a fool. Who says being older makes you wiser? In this Zervakos guy's case it just made him senile!
