It's horrible. One more terrible tragedy. Heartbreaking. Last I heard, 20 children dead. I think that's a very natural emotion. People who do want more than one child (such as myself) can feel that too. A divorced person may feel a little traitor-ish if they see their child on a schedule and then have another child disrupt that time. As far as his speaking like Jodi, .

Just saw Perky Katie on Dr Drew discussing today's court news, and she said, shaking her head and announcing dramatically, "Jennifer looked like she did not want to be there..." "Jennifer"? Did I miss the "new bestie" announcement?

I can see where he is coming from. As much as I would love or would have loved more kids, I always thought of how it would be unfair to my kid. How could I have another child with a dad who was around all the time and loved their child unconditionally when here sits my 12 year old who's dad has never wanted anything to do with her and hasn't acknowledged her ever...except one time when she got a letter from him saying how I'm a terrible mother and she deserves so much better. And I know that people tell me "Someday you'll meet the guy of your dreams and he'll be a great dad to your kid and you'll want another one", but no. Nothing could make me hurt my child like that, especially so late in life. I do realize the situations are a little bit different, but similar in ways.

Thanks for the welcome. What I find creepy is he seems to use the same syntax as Jodi. He chooses and arranges his words just like Jodi does. Weird. Also, his emotional maturity seems a little stunted when speaking about not wanting to have more children because it would take away from the limitted time he has with his son. He couldn't live with himself?? Seems odd to me.

He is rambling and nervous. He probably never dreamed finding himself in this position. He is much older now than when he was with Jodi. I personally don't think he should have done this interview, much less testified on Jodi's behalf.

Update:
Piglet has been hooked up to Pitocin. She's 3cm dilated. Contractions are becoming more painful, but so far she's chosen to go natural. Doc said the baby will mostly like be here tomorrow morning. We are all very excited and we cannot thank you enough for the warm wishes.

Was this interview recently?(never mind just saw the 4th video) I took it that way and noticed he said if I had been allowed to testify... DT made it seem like he just didnt show up.

That was my first thought when I woke up! As much as I want to know how things are going and if Charlotte has made her arrival, I hope the family is doing well and enjoying these moments...even if it means we have to wait some extra time to find out what's going on.

I watched that Darryl brewer interview/s. WOW is all I can say....I don't think that it would have helped her and he clearly was told not to testify since he said he was willing and would. So dt tactic of making it all to look like intimidation is once again a lost effort. Regardless he indicated that he felt it was the Mormon faith and ppl that somehow made the murderer change?. And that he saw it happen .... So either she had met T and was actually deceptive and manipulating brewer to move on to her next step up the ladder (as she saw it) or he was oblivious to what was going on and just an enabler and a roof over her head. He said he paid for everything and covered her bills AND they had not really talked about marriage so... Once again it would appear to be a fabrication by the murderer who said she broke off because he did not want marriage-and then indicated that the murderer said she no longer wanted relations sexually with him as she was saving herself..... Didn't we learn that the murderer had relations...With T right away?.
Regardless IMHO she will get the death penalty and she will make a carefully recited manipulated delusional speech which will no doubt include some last dig/s at Travis Alexander either directly or thru his family. Sad for them .... and despite my convictions spiritually , I cannot find any forgiveness or leniency for her....just tragic all around

Yes, but but but...SHE didn't want to have sex...Travis wanted to. It was HIS fault. But she didn't want to say "no" (something like 2 weeks after meeting him) because she didn't want to ruin the relationship. Ask Alyce Laviollette...she'll tell you.

I can't wait to be done with this crap.

About her allocution statement today. I predict...if it even happens...that she'll find some subtle way to stick it to Travis while "apologizing" and showing the Jodi version of remorse. And I predict hair pulled back so they can SEE her tearful performance. As far as the death penalty...no way she'll say she wants to live...she wants to go out (of the courtroom) like a martyr, and blame the jurors/Travis/her parents/the world for it.

I'm also excited to hopefully get this trial over. I saw the interview with her ex and I'm not sure he would have helped her in anyway, and I'm thinking that the opposite would have happened. I also found him kind of odd.

This morning my heart just breaks for the people in Oklahoma. I can't even begin to imagine what they are going through.
