Morning/Afternoon everyone!

I'm watching the talking heads on HLN. They said during her little speech in court yesterday, Jodi said the word "I" 83 times, and the word "Travis" only 7 times. Jeeze, self-centered much? She talked too much about what SHE would be missing out on in life as opposed to what Travis is missing.

I hope they come back quickly today.

Me too, regardless whether she gets the DP or not, HLN and that lot won't let her die any time soon.

I watched this trial from the beginning, and it's an ongoing story which I hope ends today with the death penalty. I wanted to hear what she said if only to confirm what I already know about her. Oh well.

I haven't said half of what I really think because my mother raised me on the Serenity Prayer. All I can offer anyone at this point is to exercise your Miranda rights and good blanking luck.

HLN is saying the lawyers were arguing about what the life sentence actually means with the jury present in the courtroom.

Jury left and the judge started talking. No sure if the mic was supposed to be on. It didn't show what she said to the jury but the judge asked Juan Martinez and Nurmi if they were going to be in the building all day.

HLN now saying JM made a "reversible error" when he said if the jury gives JA a life sentence, she could feasibly walk out of prison in 25 years.

Sorry I didnt answer questions about my post.. my pc crapped out last night again. No clue who Jose McIntyre is just someone on FB I saw the post and thought it was interesting and true but when I went to search it more to see if it was credible or not my pc started locking up again.

I think the jury is worried if they give her life that she will eventually walk free ... mostly because of what JM said yesterday in his closing.

Beth Karas is saying the jury had not yet started deliberating yet. Judge brought jury into courtroom without cameras or media. Grace Wong heard the jury wanted an instruction of meaning of "life in prison" and then attorneys both got to argue what the meaning of it is. Willie argued that there is no reason JA would ever get out of prison if that was the sentence she was given.

Beth Karas said the jury had not started to deliberate until after the judge read the instructions. They wanted clarification on what Life meant. Both sides got to argue their case.

I hope she gets the DP but if she gets life or LWOP I truly think at some point in the future we will be reading about her having a relationship with one of her prison guards (male or female)....or the guards giving her special treatment somehow. I truly believe she has some spell casting abilities..almost Svengali like the way she can manipulate some people.

According to Wild, the judge was clarifying an instruction that was left out.
