Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

Every so often that happens. It's annoying.:thumbsup2 Keep us posted!

Sssooooo...his organizations are being compensated!

I hope it's up before I go to bed, surely it will be. :thumbsup2

By the way, it's a double eviction or whatever they call it on Survivor, that's all I'm gonna tell ya.

I haven't watched a lick of testimony today but how could the jury give any weight to an expert witness, called to rebuttal another expert that

That was a look of horror from Willie, when he said they found out more as time went by.

One more juror question in the basket. Counsel approaches to review it. #JodiArias

Jodi looks likes she's lost all the blood in her face. She knows it's bad. When he said she killed her ex boyfriend and this is between death row or life in prison without parole, she got white! Unbelieveable to watch that. All joking aside, I don't think it actually hit me until then. We know she's getting locked up...the difference between the sentencing is real. Watching someone face it is something real. I've never witnessed this before. She deserves it yes. Watching it is just, speechless. I'll never forget that moment. The verdict will something to watch huh? A moment...that's for sure.

Anyway, hope she got her protein bar...it's going late ;)

I probably won't get to watch until this weekend! Aaarrggghh!

So Dr Burp discredited Samuels' testimony by saying that he would be concerned about someone using an outdated (?) manual.

He also said that he hadn't heard of the case before his involvement in November, nor had the interns/whoever working with him? Eh.

1. How do you feel events such as being incarcerated, public accusation, other situations on a large scale, can affect tests such as MMPI or MCMI? (I missed some of this question, they started so fast.)

2. Is it possible an individual could score differently after traumatic event (such as killing another person) than prior to a traumatic event?

3. Please discuss high/low scales on validity side of page 2 on MMPI test.

4. You said it isn’t appropriate to use an old test if new version has come out. Is it like that for everything? For example, Dr. Samuels didn’t purchase new DSM and was using old version - isn’t this the same thing?

5. Do you know how many questions were changed on TSI-II compared to TSI-I?

6. Are you saying PDS survey can be viewed as valid even if the client misstates what the trauma was or who perpetrated the trauma?

7. You said lack of apparent hemorrhage from gunshot wound to the brain indicates lack of injury to the brain. Can it also mean it occurred after death, therefore no active bleeding?

8. Is it your belief that gunshot wound to front of brain would not immediately be able to drop a person?

9. You said you aren’t receiving compensation for this case. Are any of the organizations you are associated with receiving financial compensation for your services? ($13,000 - $14,000)

10. When testing tests or re-norming, are there attempts to lie on the test in order to get a different outcome? Please explain.

11. Do you feel it’s possible to manipulate MMPI, MCMI, PDS, or TSI? Please explain.

12. If Dr. JDM had additional evidence such as interviews, journal entries, etc. to support her dx of BPD, would you have expected to see that in her report? Did she include that in her report?

13. Regarding criminal cases you’ve been associated with, is it common for client to score high on anxiety portion of test prior to a trial?

14. Shouldn’t you consider possibility that years spent in jail and possibility of LWOP or DP will show up in your test as anxiety, stress, etc. Why do you assume these traits are from events in 2008?

15. When you evaluated these tests, did you know they were JA’s or were they anonymous? Had you heard of the case prior to evaluating the tests? Do you think what you knew of the case or JA could have affected the way you interpreted the tests?

16. Do bullets always travel in a straight line when going through the human body or is it possible to change trajectory?

17. You indicated the act of leaving out summary of TSI didn’t mean JDM didn’t have inadequate understanding of TSI, nor did you get anything that would lead you to believe this. (I missed the actual question here … it was sooo long and the judge read so fast – sorry guys.)

Spooky isn't it. And that's us outside looking in through the window. Its real for JA Its real for the jurors that make that decision

Know what? ... I really don't give a flying fig if JA is/was diagnosed with PTSD, BWS, BPD or PMS for that matter  ... The bottom line is, and the evidence shows, that JA knew exactly what she was doing when she murdered TA and it was all premeditated ... This is my opinion and I'm sticking to it ...
