With the endless analysis of what each minute that passes means, how it compares to other trials and the other trials' outcomes, what Jodi might be doing while she's waiting, how the attorneys appear (confident? not?) every time we see them, yada yada yada.

Oh, and let's not forget "Is this the day we'll get a verdict because all the jurors were dressed nicely today."

Oh, yum! Here's my wine cooler story. We went to WDW for 8 days one trip. First day, we went to the grocery store and I got two 4 packs of wine coolers...one for each night, sitting on the balcony of the BWV, right? Well A) I'm not much of a drinker, and B) we were so busy I'd head straight to bed when we got back to the room, and C) I wouldn't even drink a whole bottle in one sitting. (Yes, I'm a light weight.) Last night there, I was doing laundry in the room (love having a washer/dryer with DVC...bring home clean clothes!), and since I hate to waste "food", I decided I was going to finish off all the wine coolers. Not sure how many there were, but let's just say I spent the night falling asleep on the couch on and off all night, mid-fold.

And rehashing all the evidence of the last 4 months, what was the best evidence on either side. And how many times will we hear the phrase "if even ONE jury believes..."

Oh yeah, looking forward to all of this. NOT. The good thing is, it's almost over. I feel like I've watched a really bad movie and now I'm waiting for the perfect ending.

Is this an Arizona thing...not being on time?? Or is everyone confused about the time differences? What a crazy day!

Juror #8 was "The Note Taker". That kind of concerns me. I think someone who takes a lot of notes has a better handle on things, but hey, I could be wrong. (I've been wrong before! ) Actually, I think the prosecution closing arguments are probably more important...reminding them of the important facts and puling it altogether.

I think all the members of the jury have done an awesome job. I think at any point during the deliberation phase can't jurors ask for any piece of evidence? If I can remember correctly. I think they'll deliberate for only a day.....

Then we'll celebrate and I'll have a baby...

Oh geez, I bet she does! Not just to postpone the inevitable, but to also be controlling. I think it was on Dr Drew last night they were talking about how she tried to control everyone. Didn't even think of that! The DT isn't having a hissy fit about Jodes not leaving the courtroom at 4:30 PM next Wednesday? The poor dear!

Hey UR, with the case coming to a close soon(ish), here's a question you and I especially are surely dying to know...WHAT will become of Perky Katie??? I see a job with Dr Drew/HLN in her future. Perhaps they will fly her all over the world to watch trials, keeping us on the edge of our seats waiting for her insightful observations. Oh, the fabulosity of it all! LOL

Just one more thing while I'm here. I won't miss some of these commentators on HLN about this case...the pro-defense ones. I can't even rattle off their names because sometimes I just have to change the channel, they annoy me so much, and I don't catch who they are. (And besides, unless they're as cute as Joey Jackson, who cares about their names? ) OK, I do remember Dwayne Cates, I think it is. ANNOYING. They could have a written pre-meditated plan and video of the crime, and they'd still get all pissy because Travis called her a 3 hole wonder. (Um...what's that saying about a shoe fitting? And about that...I think Jodi LOVED being called that...it's what set her apart from all the other girls in his life.)

There was an anti-Travis woman judge on After Dark last night who commented that Travis was a 32 yr old man (actually, he was 30 when he died) going after an 18 yr old girl (Lisa?) (she's 25 now, so when he died, she was 20...10 year difference)...implying that it meant he was a sick older man going after a CHILD. Then she said that he was having sex with Jodi on June 4 when he was planning to go off and have sex with Mimi Hall in Mexico. How dare she! What an insult to Mimi Hall. So many people have been victimized by Jodi's actions...what she did to Travis, and how she's spinning lies about him...and all these other lawyers/commentators are perpetuating lies as well. I wish these commentators would get their facts straight...someone gets it wrong EVERY NIGHT.

I remember one particularly super *****y lawyer talking about DeMarte, and ranting about how she spent only 12 hours doing EVERYTHING...interviews, testing, evaluating, reading...when the fact is DeMarte spent 12 hours INTERVIEWING JA. That lawyer/commentator needs to hire some better college (high school?) interns to do her research about the trial. Idiots.

You so just nailed my feelings on HLN. I love Vinnie, Mike G and a few others, but even Joey's voice gets on my nerves after a while. That Holly woman really pushed me over the edge and she is the straw that broke me from listening or watching everything. I record it all and fast forward. IMO she has not taken her makeup or fake eyelashed off since she appeared the first time. Just keeps packin it on, night after night, and sharpens her sharp annoying tone with a razor blade and a pack of Camels. The night that had her AND that sickening slime defense attorney whose name shall not be mentioned from the CA trial made me want to barf

I know some of you did, but many did not, I just knew it though. She wanted him to suffer! also the bullet in blood being kicked into up into the blood during clean up, all BS lies by Jodi. ALL OF IT! She stabbed him slit his throat and shot him in the head just to make sure.

I still believe she added the gun to make it look like two people perpetrated the murder.

What really pissed me off was how they were JUST showing pics of someone brutally killed, autopsy photos, and the family is in the room and BOOM, Willie get's up to cross and she is SMILING! And that slug sloth finger sniffin Numnuts Nurmi, smiles when he thinks she made a point. God the disrespect of the dead and the grieving is beyond comprehension. I would never make it in the galley. I would lunge and sratch her stupid smug eyes out.

Now remember people ... next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday you need to do crockpot meals, take-out, pizza, freezer meals, leftovers ... whatevah ... but those are two days none of us wants to miss a second of, not after all this time.

May be the first time in 21 years of marriage I will plan meals out.....

I think he is showing she lied when she said she colored her hair back in the April before the murder, further proving she did it the day before the murder SHE PLANNED to have a drastic change in appearance if anyone spotted her in the rental car with no plates.....

Not sure if this is true but here is another reason.

Could be, but it seems like that would have come up sooner. Of course, we are only a couple of weeks past the 4/11 date and more than two weeks from the 5/15 date. Possible, I guess.

I think that's entirely possible (even probable).

Ya know, that idea might not be too far off if she planned the murder better than we know, fits her intruder lie. There was a picture that police took of a window screen on the ground from Travis' house so she may have staged that too or it might be nothing. I don't think that photo was introduced at the trial since the camera evidence proved Jodi killed Travis and not two intruders.

Medical Examiner on the stand. JW trying to get him to agree with her at every turn, didn't work. Juror 8 was excused , no reason given. Bomb sniffing dog came in. Juan rested. Next wednesday starts at 9 am and will go until they are done. Court was let out.
