I love when it's argued that things are too incriminating, or prejudicial. I mean, legally, I get it...really, I do. Like Jodi's statement that she kicked her dog and it ran away and never came back. On the one hand, it shows her violent side (who could kick a dog??), on the other hand, it would probably overly prejudice the jury...I'd want to convict her just for kicking the dog!

But, that's huge...laptop porn which has no porn on it, vs actual pictures. Are they suggesting that Jode LIED?? *gasp*

So JA should just give up her attempts (a.k.a. Migraines) of trying to prolong the inevitable - JM is going to blow Violet & JA out of the water on cross ... Can't wait ... Just hope we won't have to wait til Christmas ...

I think that Violet opened the door to allow the evidence in about JA kicking her dog when Violet testified that abusers hurt animals and when she gave the example of her one client who said he kicked his puppy to death ...

And I would definitely take into consideration someone hurting an animal for absolutely no reason ... That kind of behavior speaks volumes about that person and I would convict their butts in a nanosecond ... Call me prejudice, but their is nothing worse than a child abuser or an animal abuser in my book ... And if someone does it once, they will do it again ...

Interesting analysis there! I wonder if that dog kicking incident could be brought in now.

Can't you just picture the scenario with Jodi? Pissed off that she had to clean up the diapers in the yard, and "showing them" (her parents) by "getting rid of" the dog? Looks like a pattern...

I'm ready to get this show on the road! I'm sick of the delays and stall-tactics. Did someone say Samuels is coming back on rebuttal? Let's hope he's had sense enough to get a decent haircut by then if true.

Also, I was VERY happy to see that stupid motion was denied yesterday, that might of tied into Jodi's "Migraine".

The tax payers are paying for the DT, they should know how much they are completely wasting.

Smart of them coz theír ratings have gone up with this trial, but yes, lets some folks catch up, heck, might even let some folks see the trial versus the FB version trial.

Just read on FB that Jodi ued a voice altering device to make the sex tape all by herself.
