This is really annoying me. VIOLET is stating HER interpretation of text messages we can't see/hear. Like I trust HER to telll me? We all know that the written word is open to interpretation, and honestly, I've heard enough from her about things that I question her interpretation. If she has it in her head that Jodi was abused by Travis, then EVERYTHING Travis says in a text/email is going to sound abusive to her. Even IF there was valid evidence of abuse (not saying there is or isn't), I think she's piling on to it with her one-sided interpretations.

NO WAY did Jodi accidentally send that text for Travis. That was a calculated move, IMHO.

I agree. Nothing Jodi did was accidental. Leaving stuff behind by "accident" or emails and texts, it was all to get a reaction out of Travis.

Know what? ... I'm sure this probably has been mentioned before ... but just because these texts and emails have been sent from TA's phone and/or email address/computer, how does anyone technically know for CERTAINTY that it was actually HE who wrote and sent them? ... and how are they allowed in as evidence? ...
