Every explanation for Jodi is the same response over and over. She never says Jodi needs to take responsibility for anything.

This is really annoying me. VIOLET is stating HER interpretation of text messages we can't see/hear. Like I trust HER to telll me? We all know that the written word is open to interpretation, and honestly, I've heard enough from her about things that I question her interpretation. If she has it in her head that Jodi was abused by Travis, then EVERYTHING Travis says in a text/email is going to sound abusive to her. Even IF there was valid evidence of abuse (not saying there is or isn't), I think she's piling on to it with her one-sided interpretations.

NO WAY did Jodi accidentally send that text for Travis. That was a calculated move, IMHO.

Betcha that's why the State is gonna call their own expert witness.

I agree. Nothing Jodi did was accidental. Leaving stuff behind by "accident" or emails and texts, it was all to get a reaction out of Travis.

Know what? ... I'm sure this probably has been mentioned before ... but just because these texts and emails have been sent from TA's phone and/or email address/computer, how does anyone technically know for CERTAINTY that it was actually HE who wrote and sent them? ... and how are they allowed as evidence? ...

I've wondered that too.

I've never seen so much leading questions. Willie: "And was Travis upset and angry?" JM: "Objection" Judge: "Sustained. Rephrase." Willie: "And how did Travis react?" Violet: "He was upset and angry."

Yup, She could have blocked his number from her phone and been done with it.
They were 1,000 miles apart.

I've asked why a smart successful guy would agree to have his stalker come have sex with him in the afternoon and then turn his back on her while he's taking a shower?
