I agree.. I don't think there was ever a planned photo shoot in the shower. I think the bedroom photos were the only ones that were planned. She showered, packed up and he watched her bring her bags to the car and they said goodbye. It was the final goodbye. She went back in and he was in the shower, she took photos of him and then he noticed her and was surprised, she then showed him one of the weapons and he looked scared/confused. from there I think a few of her details are true, like him calling her names, maybe he even threatened her after she first injured him etc..

Happy Easter everybody! Hope you're all enjoying the day. I'm avoiding the annoying people (overtired children), figured I'd watch some of the police interrogation videos UR posted. I'm sure I'll catch up with everybody tomorrow...and also remind everybody to stock up on half off Easter candy!!

I think this as well. She took pics of him and he didn't know it and then she jumped him.

I was in Walmart this morning - there were hoards of men raiding the Easter candy bins! It was so funny to watch them all jockeying for position around the Reese's eggs!

I love the last minute shoppers, this bunny was going to be last minute but everything was closed. Oh we'll, tomorrow I'm hitting up target for leafy taffy jelly beans.....mmmmm, because ya know, my waistline has decided it wants to add some inches

Okay , all you WS fans. If you go to page 58 there is a video of the time line of Jodi on the stand and Juan talking about the pictures. There is the first one of the one of the ceiling, and then the other of where she is dragging him. If you really pay attention to what she says, you will understand what came first.

Juan asked her if she had the camera when she shot him, she said no. Then he put up the pic of her dragging him and then said so this had to come before you shot him and she said correct. So she clearly remembers that she stabbed and was dragging him in that picture as she did not have the camera in her hand for it to go off. Lets hope the jury caught that or Juan ties that up in a neat package.

I was reading something about 5th graders plotting to murder a few kids and the term "sociopath" was thrown around in a comment or two. I believe there was a link earlier in one of the threads about signs/symptoms of a sociopath, but I looked it up again. This is our sweet little Jodes to a T. http://www.mcafee.cc/Bin/sb.html If you scroll down, you'll find the DSM IV definition and criteria...why is it that Sammy didn't diagnose Jodes with this (other than he's just a slimey man out for money)...wonder if JM could bring something like this up- doubtful, but it would be nice. Also, it's funny that Nancy Grace refers to him as D**k Samuels and emphasises the first part. Hahah
