I don't think they have lunch together, but I'm not sure.

Not sure if this is the usual way but when I was on a 3 day trial the bailiff would make RSVP at a restaurant. We would car pool to it and all sit together at a large table and order what we wanted from the menu. The bailiff picked up the bill.
