Jodi Arias Trial Part 3, STILL in redirect of Jodi, Mar 5

Jodi looks a little sullen and unhappy. I can't believe her lady lawyer just said the only reason JM is objecting is because it is "helpful to Jodi."

So they are going to try and say she has PTSD. OMG. I didn't think this trial could shock me any more than it already had, but yeah, it has now. :faint:

It sounds to me like she thinks the jury is stupid. So he can explain to the jury. Like they won't understand unless it is dumbed down.

I think they should just claim Magical Thinking.

Speaking of Magical Thinking, The National Enquirer is reporting that Casey Anthony may be pregnant. Cheney Mason is denying this claim.

Being in the medical field, I've been around a few doctors who choose to speak the medical lingo ALL the time, so if this psychologist is like that, then yes it may need to be dumbed down. But for the most part, no.

I liked that lady attorney said "We have submitted nothing new except for the powerpoint that we just finished before court this morning"...haha

BBB Lady looks ridiculous in her bright orange jacket. She looks like a pumpkin.

The judge is seen sighing as she tries to comprehend what Willmott is saying in her ultra fast speak. #JodiArias

Jodi's mom and aunt must not have packed too many clothes, they have recycled those shirts a few times.

How do you use articles from a magazine. This is not this guys articles, so they would be hearsay.
I seem to recall that in the CA trial there was an issue with magazine articles and who wrote them and what professional journals were used. Didn't Dr Sally, so-called Grief Expert, publish in Parents Magazine or something and Jeff Ashton sort of choked on that fact? LOL
Mare, if there are new things other than what was in a report don't they have to pose it to the judge? I know there were issues similar to this in Ca trial.
Yeah, there were some pretty specific rules about what can be said, just like any other evidence. But IIRC, wasn't there a lot of questions beforehand about professional qualifications before testifying? We'll see with these people, but it seems like we haven't seen that as much even with prosecution witnesses. Seems to me that powerpoint should have been made available to JM before this. But, what do I know. :confused3

I remember this same sort of issue, didn't Jose have to go back and get something submitted to the judge?
