Any reference to her being in jail and/or shackled is prejudicial, just the way it is, agree or disagree to your heart's content.
They do now. She said earlier that Travis' closet was bigger than the cell she was living in now.
So can that be a basis for an appeal even though SHE'S the one who stated it? I would certainly hope not, but what do I know![]()
I agree, but they don't want them to know she is in leg shackles. They did not know she was in jail.
And that was slick of her, hope the judge instructs her attorneys to control their client.
She just doesn't get it, she keeps flapping her gums. She does not know enough to quit.
Know what, ya'll? I think she WANTED to get up and demonstrate.Just the way she kept stalling on describing it, saying she didn't know what he looked like. Then very quietly she says she couldn't really describe it without getting up to DEMONSTRATE, then says under her breath that she doesn't want to do that.
I think this was her goal all along. It breaks JM's mojo yet again, gives herself time to clear her head and think about what she'll say next.
Let his sister be the line backer....

And once again, neither does the prosecutor.
I'm seeing flashbacks:
