My husband told never in his 22 year law enforcement career has he ever run into an upside license plate. If someone does anything to a plate they usually steal it.

Good thing I'm forced to go to work in half an hour. I won't be able to watch anymore. Seriously, because this trial and my 12 year old daughter, I'm on the verge of leading a life of alcoholism or something! I've been eating my stress away, 6 candy bars between yesterday and today!!!
