I'm sure in every state you're SUPPOSED to, but I'd assume most don't. I know I should have but didn't. I got a duplicate license two weeks ago and they wanted me to do an eye test.

It's reasonable that she was driving and probably needed glasses especially since they've been prescribed since 2010, but Martinez needs to move on, the jury needs to hear definite premeditation, not this pissing match between Martinez and Jodi.

This isn't as hard-hitting and direct as I hoped it would be. I know he's trying to talk in circles to catch her in lies, but I wish he would just get on to the murder already.
