LOL. I'm trying to multi-task here. No sentence info yet, but the HuffPo had this:

"Drew Peterson screamed, "I did not kill Kathleen!" as he addressed a judge this afternoon before being sentenced for the 2004 murder of his third wife Kathleen Savio.

One of Savio's relatives yelled back, "Yes, you did," and was thrown out of the Will County courtroom.

The outburst followed emotional statements from Savio's relatives, who spoke of heartbreak and suffering, as Judge Edward Burmila considers what sentence to hand down. Peterson faces anywhere from 20 to 60 years in prison.

Peterson, who did not testify at this trial, began by telling the judge, "Good day, my name is Drew Peterson. I hope I don't aggravate the situation here, but I have a lot of things to be said." Then he screamed, "I did not kill Kathleen!"

"Yes, you did," a woman said.

"Ma'am, I'd like you to leave the courtroom," Burmila said. "And Mr. Peterson, don't make any outbursts that are designed to aggravate people."

"I'm sorry, your honor. I must have been woozy," Peterson said."

Wish they were live streaming that!:lmao:

At the end of this trial, before the verdict is handed down, will the family of Travis be able to address Jodi?

Wow:scared1:

I guess that will depend on what she's convicted on. If she's convicted of premediated and the death penalty is imposed, then I would guess not. If it's a lesser charge, then I would think impact statements would be given. I really don't know though. Just guessing.

I wish HLN didn't have so many commercials. I'm streaming the video, but it would be easier to get stuff done if I didn't have to carry the laptop room to room with me!

Since she is so close to them when they go to sidebar, can Jodi hear what they are saying?

NEVER before the verdict. That would influence the outcome. They're not witnesses. They can probably do a victim impact statement after the verdict.

Those texts were done from 5:18 to 7:20 . So she doesn't know when she got off work.

She had no concern for the issue she saw. He did not have a car, she said he had a car.

Interesting. So not even if the jury was out of the room? I'm sure Jodi won't care much for what they have to say.

She is getting smug and combative again. She seems to do this when she is being caught in a lie.

I think Jodi is being too much a fiddler player with JM's questions and that is not going to sit well with the jury over the long run. It also shows how she enjoys playing games, and the jury can imagine how she treated Travis. Afterall, she wanted to marry Travis, and to Travis she was a booty call. You can see the underlying anger withiin her.

As for ther mom and aunt, I can't believe they laughed earlier. A young man was brutally killed by Jodi and there is nothing funny about that. The mom has a daughter who is a brutal murderer, and the mom should think long and hard about the amount of rage that Jodi used when she killed Travis.

Well all, my husband is home and we're going to eat dinner then go pick up a mattress set for our spare bedroom. :headache: I'll have to catch up with everyone tomorrow!

Ok, she can't remember what time she got off work and started texting him around 3 something. so when did she go to his house and see these so called pictures?
