My thought exactly. If my child's life were on the line because of a heinous crime, while I would still love my kid...there is not a single thing I'd find funny during a trial. It would be traumatic and saddening and probably infuriating and other non-positive emotions.

Aha! Lied! Was trying to pin her on what time she talked to him before her shift. But can remember the phone number. Now she didn't talk to him that day after saying she did.

Actually, that was my thought. I don't really think he's upset by her cocky answers. His track record is pretty good and he's a pitbull in court, not his first time, he knows what he's doing. It's a game of cat and mouse, I'm sure Jodi has been prepped to do or say certain things. But yes, definitely trying to show the two sides which she has already.

But she is showing a different side of Jodi to the jury. It also shows she is trying to skirt around the questions with out it looking like she ls lying.
