I think JM will tie it up on closing. I think he is jumping around so much so JA doesn't have time to get her scripted lies in order.

ITA with this also. Plus by jumping around, he's already catching her in so many lies.

I was reading another website forum about the case. Somebody made the connection of the magazine code with the inconsistency of her hair color. I wasn't thinking it was going in that direction, I thought it was going in the direction of the porn. However, what they said makes sense. They stated that when Jodi rented the car, her hair was blonde. She made an unplanned visit to Matt on June 2-3. Her hair was blonde at Matt's. She then went to a "nail salon" to have her nails done AND have her hair dyed. That is why JM asked her how long she was at the nail salon. We know her hair was brown when she was at Travis'. They went on to mention that the magazine code was for him to say her hair had been brown the whole time. Which shows intent to tamper with a witness. Also, they were talking about how Ann Campbell's BFF, Donovan, was at the trial yesterday. When the magazines were brought out, she hurried up and left the courtroom.

ITA. It does seem like she paused an awful lot during her testimony at times, giving herself time to make up the lie.

I seriously hope the jury sees what we're all seeing. I'm watching Tru, still waiting for them to cover the magazine thing.

Why does everyone think he grilled her so hard about the day she found Travis with the boy photo? He must have something where the hours don't add up. This may have been covered yesterday and I may have missed it ...

He didn't spell it out (yet) but she never went to Travis's house that day. There wasn't time. she got off work late, he went to a church thing and the calls and texts show they was no period of time for her to be at his house.

1 more thing driving me crazy.

JA says that she wouldn't have dared written about catching him looking at kiddie porn or getting beaten in her journal. Even if that's true, you still wouldn't write "I haven't written the last few days because there's nothing noteworthy". You would put something like, "It's been a rough few days" or something like that. Unless along with lying to everyone else on the planet, she also lies to herself in her own journal. It makes ZERO sense.

I think this is what JM is trying to point out. That she even lies to a private journal that she never had any intention for anybody to see.

Hey All Hope your day is going well.

Missed some of it yesterday, but what I did see only further re-enforced that she is a liar on just about every single thing.
I dont personally like JM style regarding questioning and am Hoping that the jury does not take that out on the prosecutions case....
which by the way, seems open and shut to me...
however lurking in the back of my mind is that other case in florida where the defendant walked
Only time will tell.

Anothr thing about the journal that is bothering me. I brought it up before but haven't hear anybody on TV say anything. IF Travis broke her finger in the 21st, how can she write so neatly for 5 pages. She is left handed and her broke finger was on her left hand. There is no way she would have been able to write that neat.

That is a great point. I wish Jaun had the time to grill her on everything. But that would be impossible.

IF her ring finger was broken, she would still be able to write. Most people hold a pen with their thumb, forefinger and middle finger, and not their ring finger. You can still write fairly easy. I've had my ring finger sprained playing sports, on my writing hand, and I was still able to write. My writing is bad as it is, so you would never know if it was because of my sprained finger or not.

Back to reading the other website. Somebody else broke it down this way. The magazines that Jodi was trying to smuggle to Ann Cambell were intended for Matt McCarthy. He is the ex who brought letters to the defense trying to prove that TA was a pedofile. The letters were later proven to be fake.

A bit on Donovan who left the courtroom in a hurry yesterday. Ann Campbell was in jail with Jodi. Donovan( possibly in jail at the same time) is Ann Campbell's girlfriend. I bet they didn't realize that the magazines were found out or that they would be brought up. If either Ann or Donovan are on probation, maybe charges could be brought up on them? Just more to think about.

At 32 seconds, JM asked her "Did you recognize her?" KN gives a quick head shake no. At least that what it looks like to me. Of course she pauses (like she knows how) to make it seem like she's thinking of the answer before she answers "Nnnnno, I did not."

InSEssion just reported that the defense filed a motion with the supreme court of AZ this morning asking that the aggravating part of the case be thrown out, and death penalty, since she's confessed and because Flores perjured himself (something about his theory about the gunshot and what the ME testified too). Anywho, they are getting ready to explain it all and the Supreme Court of AZ denied the motion.

I believe it mean to put on hold or get rid of. I know that a lot of times, prisoners that are on death row are granted a stay of execution. This gives the lawyers more time to overturn the death penalty. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.

It sounds like they are mad because they needed to know for sure if the shot came first or last so Jodie could make up lies to go along with the evidence.

I loved when she said that he came at her like a linebacker, just so it would go along with the evidence that shows that the shot came from above. She blacked out for all the stabbing and cleaning up but getting bodyslammed into tile and shooting him in the head wasn't stressful enough to forget. She remembers all that clear as day. She only forgot the parts that there was no possible way to make up lies that made any sense, no matter how long she sat in jail and tried to think up something.

The stay was denied by the Arizona Supreme Court - just saw Jingasaurus on Tru - they're getting ready to report on it.
