She is screwing this up royally. She has no clue.
Who is in charge of the judges?????

She is going to be responsible for this POS getting a life sentence instead of death.

I tried to watch NG last night and the channel would not come up it was a black screen with a sentence saying channel should be available shortly. Did anyone see it or did they just decide to block her?

In other news: Michael Dunn could take the stand today. Yesterday they had all his parents friends take the stand as his character witnesses. It was bad a complete waste of time. The defense has no defense really, just a sloppy mess.

I just finished Gone Girl as well. It was pretty slow the first 100+ pages (I thought) but then it got GOOD. I really liked it. I can't imagine how they will show everything in the movie... But I want to see it for myself.

Do y'all remember that Texas woman who killed her husband, but first said it was an intruder, then he committed suicide? Then she was offered a deal (18 years) for tampering with evidence, but she went on 48 Hours and reiterated she didn't do it so the judge pulled the deal and made her stand trial. Well, they found her guilty and now she's facing life.

Vent away. I think Stephens is very careful due to the appeals process. I just wish this would move along faster.

As far as Dunn trial, he is testifying right now, and it's being live streamed. I know I am jaded, but he is even less believable the second time around. I so hope the jury convicts!

Dunn just lies constantly. It is truly amazing.

He is just a nut, he shot at a door, not a human, 7 times and didn't think he hurt anyone. He thought it was "just a shooting" and not a death. Loon!

I agree. He fires his gun several times, and then they don't discuss it!! It so unbelievable. Then, he is so scared for his life, he decides to drive instead of go into the gas station store and call the police. He's so fearful he wants to drive away, not call the police, and get back to the hotel. He's driving down the road and there are police cars with sirens and flashing lights, but he stated he didn't even notice them because he was so scared and distraught he was just concentrating on keeping his car on the road.

Dunn deserves to rot in prison.

He should have called the cops when he got back to the room, his failure to do that at the least indicates that he thought he would get away with it.

Defense has 2 more witnesses, then rebuttal. Closings could be tomorrow.
Hopefully guilty verdict by end of the week.

I know, she looked angry, no crying. I think she knew he kept throwing her under the bus. Wow, if they have no more rebuttals , closing arguments. Stephens could learn a lot from him.

Judge just said he wants closings today. I believe the state has one more witness.
He says closings today, jury instructions in the morning and then deliberating in the morning as well.
This time went by super fast.
