I hope we have a verdict in the Dunn case today. The first jury deliberated 32 hours, and they had all of the additional charges due to the three other victims.

If guilty, they need to agree on either 1st, 2nd, or manslaughter. I believe it will be 2nd degree. I cannot fathom for one moment that anyone believes his lies.



Holmes is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity. From what I read in the past, there is a ton of digital evidence retrieved from his computer, IPhone, Ipod etc - he searched "rational" insanity" That is a very telling search.

He is charged with 160 counts of murder and attempted murder.

Hopefully they'll come to a verdict today in Dunn since it's just this one case. I didn't listen to all the closing, but the fact (as shown in the video) that he had to chamber a round after getting the weapon out of the glovebox will be enough to show premeditation for 1st degree.

Yep, why do criminals research their defenses before their crimes and then keep their computers? Not as smart as they think they are.

WOW! Can you imagine the poor jury going thru 160 counts whew. Though it should be very easy to check guilty on all of them.
That search says a lot about him. He can put on a show.

I agree I think Dunn will be 2nd degree also.

Yikes! I was wondering how this Jodi thread got so long when there was no court yesterday! Skipping over Dunn made it go MUCH faster! lol

Do y'all remember that Texas woman who killed her husband, but first said it was an intruder, then he committed suicide? Then she was offered a deal (18 years) for tampering with evidence, but she went on 48 Hours and reiterated she didn't do it so the judge pulled the deal and made her stand trial. Well, they found her guilty and now she's facing life.

Finished Gone Girl last night, Mare and crz4mm2. What a good book of twists and turns and then it just ends. WTH???? I got pissed off.

I HATED the ending. Not because it just ends, but I wanted justice. Apparently lots of people hated it. I'm curious to see the movie. I heard that they changed the ending...to what extent, I don't know.
