She is faking it and listening to some of the things he's said (that I can understand) and I'm led to believe that SHE is the aggressor in the relationship, probably corrupted him and convinced him to sleep with her. Not the other way around.

Me too - WTH were they thinking? This totally points to her going along with everything WILLINGLY! She doesn't sound frightened, he doesn't sound pushy, she's the one who keeps egging on the sex-talk and giving him points for "creativity".

I have been listening to the live stream. I agree with everyone. This does not show abuse in any shape or form. She is totally into it, starting it, and keeping it going. I think this is a huge mistake on the defense's part. But then again, I thought Casey Anthony would be in jail right now.
