Hey everyone, only my second day listening to the trial, I found it thanks to y'all...

My assumption is they played it to prove what she said yesterday, that he likes young girls (he mentioned she sounded like a 12-y.o. when she was... you know... and that he thought it was hot), but I agree with everyone here - this is doing way more damage than help!

Did she ever say why she made the recording?

Do you think maybe she thought they were just going to play that part of the tape? When she found out the whole conversation would be played, she freaked out and delayed court.
