We'll be down in April with two nearly adult kids. Would you recommend Jinkos or Boma if we only eat once at AKL? The meal will not be a breakafast. THANKS.

I guess that it would depend on what type of dinner you want. Jiko is a sit-down restaurant - and a very good one at that. Boma is a buffet - and again, a very good one. My family (wife, daughter, SIL, daughter, "significant" bf, and myself) prefer Jiko to Boma. We all still like Boma due to the many food choices but if it were a "choose one" decision, we'd go to Jiko. I should also mention that dinner (for us) at Jiko is quite a bit more expensive than dinner at Boma if cost is a consideration. You really can't go wrong with either though.

I've done both and prefer Boma. I like being able to have a little bit of everything. The food is fantastic at Boma and there are so many things to try. Jiko is good too, but I think I'll stick with Boma from now on.

Cost IS a factor. (Not the only factor). Where can I find menu or price descriptions?
