Jimmy Neutron early admission?

On the Universal site, it talks about using code "nicktoon" to get early admission:

EXCLUSIVE EARLY PARK ADMISSION TO RIDE JIMMY NEUTRON'S
NICKTOON BLAST! FREE ADD-ON TO ANY RESORT VACATION OF 3 NIGHTS OR MORE!!!

Well, I already have a room-only reservation through Loews and a 5 day park pass through the Universal website. All I want to know about is how (if) I can get early park admission and ride the Nicktoon Blast. I call Universal Vacations, they don't know and transfer me to 'room only' reservations. They don't know and I hang up with no answers to my questions.

Can someone out there fill me in? I've heard that on-site guests have certain days for each park they gain early admission. Is this still the case? Does anyone know if I'd need a special ticket to preview the ride or would any onsite guest be allowed to do this?

These boards have never let me down before... please help.

It sounds like something new, so Universal Vacations may not know. Try calling them again. Even print out the webpage and fax it to them or give the URL.
