Jiko-what if I just want appetizers?

I can't wait to try Jiko's. I have a ps there on Aug 30 and have been looking over the menu (and watching my great hotels episode). I want to try a several of the appetizers, but none of the entrees are "calling me". I'm sure my DH will order an entree and we will order chicken strips for DS. Would it look alright if I just wanted to try the appetizers?

Alos, does anyone have positive experiences to report with the kids' menu? My DS is sooooo picky!

I often order appetizer's as my main meal. If I find I'm not particularly hungry, or something on the appetizer menu sounds wonderful; then I order my main meal from the appetizer's. I sometimes add a salad, but not always. Dh usually orders a 'main meal' (but not always). When are main meals are from appetizer's, then we usually have room for the fabulous dessert's that most Disney restaurants offer.

I'm not a big eater. Just lost weight and down to 102. Yeah!

I will probably get 2 appetizers and a salad . I would love to try a dessert.
If I ordered an entree, I would never get an appetizer or salad, let alone desert! I guess it evens out.

I just didn't want to look "cheap". We will tip accordingly, of course.
