Jiko - Short Rib Entree?

Hello!

Can anyone confirm that the Jiko short rib entree is still on the menu? I see that the menu on the WDW site has been updated to remove the Lion King Prix Fixe that was running this summer - but from what I understood, even during the Prix Fixe the restaurant was still preparing a few orders of short rib per evening "off menu". Any recent experiences? It's my favorite entree and I'd be really surprised if they removed it from the menu outright.

I can’t confirm that, per se ... but I can confirm that they took Filet Mignon & Mac and Cheese off the menu years ago and will still make it on request...
when I asked why they do that, they said that if it’s on the menu it gets ordered too often and makes it harder to keep the rest of the menu’s ingredients fresh.
