we tried narcoose's in oct, & found it just a bit above average

. service was rather inattentive for what is considered a finer restaurant (glasses not filled until repeatedly requested, completed course dishes left on table for extended time), appy's were OK ~ nothing special (i love unusual cheeses & found the cheese plate pedestrian), as were the entrees (my filet minon was simply that, no interesting marinade or sauce to make it distinctive, lobster was, again, just lobster).
YOMD cheesecake was beautifully presented, but not distinctive otherwise.
we did enjoy the decor, lay out, & location of the restaurant, tho.
not a bad experience, by any means, but certainly not what we would expect out of a better restaurant. my vote would be Jiko
