Have any of you had experience with Jetsave? We have had nothing but problems since we booked and now have another issue.
In a nutshell, we booked a holiday, got the confirmation invoice etc and I linked the booking straightaway on My Disney Experience. Two months later was informed that no flights on the day we booked (I'd already told them this prior to booking but they insisted I was wrong but that's a whole other saga!) so we changed the day - this was automatically changed on My Disney Experience. In April we decided to upgrade our booking to include a better room, park tickets and dining plan - this has never been updated on My Disney Experience.
I thought perhaps that it was a technical issue and maybe the booking needed to be unlinked from the Disney Experience and then relinked to get the new information to come through. I rang Disney last night and turns out they have no record of any upgrade, park tickets or dining plan. As far as they are concerned we are room only and in a standard room. They advised me to contact the travel agent (Thomson).
So I have been in touch with the travel agent who informs me that Jetsave do not inform Disney until 60 days before departure. This seems odd to me as they have obviously informed them about our original booking and subsequent change of date.
Has anyone booked a full package with jetsave and all aspects of it appear immediately in My Disney Experience? With all the problems we've had - I have no confidence in what they are telling me.
