My husband and I only fly JetBlue. For work and pleasure. And we have a JetBlue American Express card so that we build up extra points.
I think their customer service cannot be beat.
For our January trip to WDW, I booked tickets back in Sept when prices were high. As the prices fell, they gave us credits (not to the credit card, but dollar for dollar to use for future flights). That paid for my ticket to fly to CA this May to see
Disneyland for the first time.
And between flights and the Amex, we had enough points for a free ticket, so that's how we "paid" for my husband's ticket to CA.
Basically nothing out of pocket to fly round trip Vermont to California.
As my flights have changed, they've called or emailed (even if the departure/arrival time only changed by 5 minutes). And when one change was getting us to CA an hour later, they let us book an earlier flight (even though we hadn't been able to get that originally because we were using an "award" ticket).
Nice big seats (said by a "pooh" sized person). A TV in the headrest of the seat in front of you where you can watch DirecTV or you can listen to XM radio - with your regular headphones. And in-air staff who are personable and positive.
Their business plan was also carefully crafted. So I think they're much more stable than many other airlines.
Just my (no so) humble opinion
