If I purchase my tickets today and the rate drops before we travel, does JetBlue issue any kind of a credit or refund? How does this work and how easy is it to deal with?
Refunsable ticket, you get refunded to your original form of payment. Nonrefundable ticket, you get a credit for the difference that has to be applied within one year.
The price for our flights dropped significantly just a couple of days ago so I called customer service and the gentlemen I spoke too put the difference in a travel bank that must be used within one year. It was very easy and it took about 10 minutes on the phone.
