We have never flown JetBlue. We would be flying out of Buffalo - transferring in NYC & then on to MCO. Are all the flights in the same wing so you don't have to go from one end of the airport to the other? If you have 35 mins between flights is there enough time to get to your connecting flight? We usually fly SWA - but they are being so stingy about releasing the end of Sept beginning of Oct rates that I am scared to hold out much longer. :confused3

Yes, the gates should all be in the same area. At least I would imagine they are. Of course, there could be a longish walk between them if you have flights on opposite ends. My dh and dd have to connect at JFK next month and I'm hoping it all goes okay. When I booked the flight, it was a direct flight from Boston to MCO..not anymore!!

Your flights will be in the same building (terminal 6) and shouldn't be too far a walk.

Hey--I can help with this one. We just arrived home after a JFK connection, RSW to JFK to BOS. ALL the JetBlue flights are in one building. It's probably no more than a 5 minute walk from one end of the terminal to the other. There's a pretty extensive food court there as well.

As to the delays, we were PERFECTLY on time on our flight last week BOS to JFK and JFK to RSW. Today, coming home, there was some bad weather in the Northeast, and we were heavily delayed taking off from JFK, but arrived in BOS on time. At one point, the captain came on to tell us he had 'No worldly idea how many planes were lined up, but that he thought it was at least 20). I do attribute this to the weather, and NOTHING at all to do with JetBlue.

I frequently listen to live Air Traffic Control and JetBlue has a serious lack of gates at JFK. They have been needing them for sometime. Almost all of the inbound flights have delays due to lack of available gates...
