Just got an email from Jetblue that our flight time has changed from 6:35 pm to 6:55 pm. I had already been aware of the change because I check on the flight from time to time. Not a big difference but still a bit annoying. The email states that if we want to make a change to the itinerary to call them. Will they charge us to make a change or not? Also, the email came in my husband's name. Would he have to call or could I? Thanks for any help :)

We had a flight that was to leave at 5:35 pm and it changed to 5:00 pm. I called and was able to change to the 8:03 am flight. I was so happy! Call and see what they say, that is all you can do!

You can call. That's a pretty insignificant time change; I don't know how much the time needs to change for JetBlue to allow a free flight change, but that's not a big enough difference for many airlines. Make sure there's an alternate flight which will work for you if you want to change. It's probably better just to keep this flight.

I thought that I had read that the change of flight time had to be at least a half hour for Jetblue to make the change for free but where the email says that we can call if we want to make a change, I was wondering if they would do it. Just trying to see what experiences others have had.

Chances are you will not have any alternatives, but if the slight change is a big deal for you for some reason you certainly can call to find out what your options might be and if there would be a charge. No real need to play a guessing game here.
